Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.
There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

To begin with, I would like to say that the coordination and reception was perfectly arranged by Gabrielle. The Rosé was cold, everything looked great and we received sufficient explanation. She was always available during our stay. In addition, the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. More than enough space and with all comforts / luxury. Perfect. The use of the communal pool was also ideal for us. Often we were the only two present. Due to the heat, the air conditioning gave the necessary cooling (was definitely necessary). In addition, the view from our balcony was beautiful. Furthermore, everything you need is within walking distance. In the morning, take a walk to the bakery and get fruit at "neighborhood supermarket" and in the evening, within a 5-minute walk, several restaurants where it could be eaten. We also visited Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez. We have, and that is a must, the trip to Monaco by train. Given the heavy traffic there I would say "leave the car". In short, we had a wonderful holiday in which the accommodation is a very big plus. We will definitely come back here.

This site is actually unique. We have often been but a beautiful house with sea view balcony, heated pool under that balcony almost directly adjacent to the beach and sea at the Cote d 'Azur you will find owners Ronald and Sabine rarely used it. Tip top maintained and equipped with every luxury . We had two days of really bad weather in May, but the fun was not even express. Enjoyed reading the window with great views and the kids can just swim because the pool is always 27 degrees. With the station within walking distance, even the car stand. We will certainly return.

From 28 April to 5 May we have with our family (son, daughter, 2 years and 4 years) visited this beautiful apartment. The owners Ronald and Sabine are very hospitable and have the apartment with all the luxury one could wish, a large bed with stunning views, a TFT screen, fine bath, kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, a highly secure parking, beautiful balcony with furniture, and I could be here to continue ... With already the necessary travel experience, we have the apartment as the cleanest ever have experienced. Through the beautiful spacious garden was lovely to swim in the secluded pool surrounded by large gate which is shared with fellow lovers of sun, sea, peace and luxury. Saint-Raphael, we have experienced as a nice home, well situated between Saint Tropez and Cannes with wonderful bays and beautiful villages. Our recommendations: * A collection of the fruits de mer seafood restaurant on the corner, * A train trip to the Cote d'Azur to Cannes along the beautiful coast from the local railway station Boulouris * A delicious dinner by the sea in Saint Raphael. Overall a wonderful holiday and for this side of France is an excellent place tribe!

The pictures of the apartment do not lie. Everything was exactly as stated. Everything clean and tidy. The transfer was absolutely problem-free. Coffee, sugar, water and wine were available and could be used. All in all a nice place to stay.

We have just a week opzitten France. After a hellish ride hundreds of kilometers file we were met by the owner. This was a nice welcome. The bottle of rose was even cold. The apartment was completely to our taste. Everything was neat with all voorzieningen.Ons stay itself was very pleasant. We can highly recommend this apartment, we see them there anyway back! We were pleasantly surprised with a special welcoming reception by the friendly owners. Even our dog was very welcome. The apartment is very nice and complete. We felt there direcht home. The splendid view makes the location very special. The famous cities around the villa is very central. With the bakery and supermarket around the corner and the train station at 200 m you are fully voorzien.Ook the parking on the closed area was very nice. We felt very safe. We have a fantastic holiday. Levan as God in France. We now know where this saying comes from.

Delicious enjoyed. Much too short. Location of the apartment is great. Interior and reception and further service by the owner also great. Only minus is the bedroom upstairs. Since there was no air conditioning and 28 degrees outside temp was warm and stuffy. With aircon apartment would receive a 10 instead of 9. Definitely worth repeating.

R nThe apartment (as correctly stated in the description) is not very big but also because from the balcony certainly plenty spacious and very functional. r nThe train that stops almost at the door is super convenient to Cannes, Nice to visit Monaco.

Many ways the amenities and the beach were very good, the actual capital of Saint Raphael \\ r \\ Nwar but about 5 Km away, so had to be done by car. \\ R \\ nHunde were not allowed on the beach, and the n ์ HSTE dog run area and about 6 km away, otherwise all very good.

The apartment is fine, but not spacious. Including through the reduced void, but also by the low ceilings in the hall, the bathroom and the 2nd bedroom. There is also only one seat for 2 people.
