This traditional Provence style villa for 6 guests in Var is a perfect fusion of charming interiors and stunning outdoors, making for a rejuvenating vacation. With 3 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a private garden, this villa are ideal for families or small groups. The nearest town center with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops is just 1.5 km away. St Croix Lake (10 km) and the famous Gorges du Verdon are also located nearby. You can also enjoy walking around the delightful squares and alleyways of Aups. A swim the pool in summers is all that you need to distress in this villa.
The sunny hours of the day can be enjoyed on your own terrace or in the natural garden. Enjoy barbecue meals with a hearty chat, while kids play on the play equipment. Electric heating keeps the villa warm.

The villa is located at the end of a quiet street and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many trees, a hammock and a swing. The villa has a very nice terrace with lounge chairs and a wooden bench. On the tarmac you can enjoy darts. A BBQ is also available, so you can enjoy a BBQ every evening and "(in the provence is asked not to BBQ" and with a lot of wind, this avoids burning). The pool is lovely big and clean. Inside the cottage is everything present, nothing is lacking. The village of Aups is also very cozy. A small village with several restaurants, cafes, 2 bakeries, a butcher and some shops. Walking to the village takes about 20 minutes. On this road is a steep slice, so some condition is required. Furthermore, Lac De St. Croix and the George Du Verdon are an absolute must to discover. At various places around the lake you can rent pedalos, kayaks, an electric boat, etc .... We also did Canyoning, a great experience. We had booked this through a small reservation office in the village of Aups (Verdon). The cottage knew its price, but this was well worth it. Price quality was good.

This villa was exactly what we were looking for. Quietly situated in the area of a nice cozy village, an Intermarché nearby. At home we could enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool in peace. The welcome was very smooth and cordial.

The handover of the house was completely unproblematic. Our stay in the beautiful house left nothing to be desired. The garden, pool, terrace and last but not least the hammock were fantastic.

The arrival was perfectly arranged. We were welcomed by the (Dutch) managed and we found a beautiful, very complete villa. Later the (French) husband talked to told us something about the environment. The house is beautifully situated with a huge garden and olive grove. Wonderfully quiet and 100% privacy. The environment is fantastic, nature and villages with their markets. In short, a wonderful holiday for tranquility.

Good and friendly reception by the manager (which was in french) at the agreed time. Very nice holiday home with all facilities. Neatly cleaned. Beautiful pool in a very nice garden. The olive and fig trees give plenty of shade on the hottest of days. Satellite TV (with one and canvas) was nice because we were able to follow the Olympics that way. Good WiFi connection, so we could keep in touch with home. Aups is a very picturesque village, with narrow streets and cozy restaurants. Overall a wonderful holiday for those who love peace and privacy.

Les Rosés is a beautiful villa in a quiet place. The kitchen was equipped very spacious. The house is well kept, clean and tastefully decorated. You feel at home and can quickly find your way. The garden and pool are spacious and there is ample shade. The location we found some remote and the road to it is very steep. The walking distance to the village with two small children is still just too big. The setting is beautiful and ideal for nature lovers. The village of Aups is small and little bubbly, for that you have to drive some more towards the coast. We would like to come back here again, however.

Arrival was perfect, there were earlier consultation. Very friendly welcome and house was totally fine. Setting can not be done without a car but is great. Aups is a beautiful village with super restaurants.

We were warmly welcomed by the manager. The house, the atmosphere, the garden, the swimming pool, all top. Delightfully enjoyed the rest, and trips to Gorge du Verdon, Lac St. Croix, St. Tropez and other nice old villages with their markings.
