What a nice place! Tranquility and spacious terraces everywhere and a wonderful private swimming pool. The raised fenced swimming pool also has a beautiful terrace with a lounge set up for your aperitif at the end of the afternoon. From the terraces you have a view of the green parasol trees and you also have a small view of the sea. It is ideal for a family or group of 6 persons.
In 5 minutes, you are in the pleasant seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime and its beautiful and wide fine sandy beaches. Sainte-Maxime is a beautiful, bustling seaside resort with many shops, cafes and restaurants. For children, an aquascope trip (an underwater boat) is a giant experience. Or a day at the aquatic amusement park and tree climbing park in Sainte-Maxime. There are as many trips as possible here! The Saint-Tropez market is a must on Tuesdays. It is pleasantly busy and there is plenty to see. Saint-Tropez can be reached in 20 minutes by boat from Sainte-Maxime (in summer you prefer to avoid the busy coastal road to Saint-Tropez)!
The villa is located in a closed area (parking in the fence) in the beautiful green area of Semaphore. The villa has internet, air conditioning and chromecast for tv can be used for canalplus and netflix. The beds are comfortably large and the interior is stylish. There are 5 tennis courts in the area.

Beautiful house where almost everything is present. The only downside is that the reception ran quite badly, due to traffic jams on the way we arrived after 6 pm and the host who was supposed to receive us clearly did not want to wait for us even though I informed him in time, the key was in the key safe of which he texted me the code and furthermore I had to figure out almost everything myself (in itself this was not really a problem). regular times were not foreseen. So the conclusion is, a beautiful complete house, the reception and explanation much less despite the fact that it was outsourced.

We had some delay on the way, but after a nice phone call we got an excellent arrangement to get into the house. That house was nicely ready for us.

The hob has been broken from day 1. We rented this house to cook ourselves, which is not possible at the moment. My dog's meat also needs to be cooked.
We are forced to eat out and it puts a negative mark on our stay!

Swimming pool is secluded, not at the house and umbrellas were broken. House is cozy but old, bathroom not pleasant and water does not flow. This house is way too expensive for this price.
