The house has a beautiful view of the bay. The terrace is planted all around, so that you cannot see the immediate neighbors. Unfortunately, construction noise or noise from gardening could be heard almost every day from one of the many neighboring properties, and aircraft noise was also annoying. It was quiet at night. The house was practical and simply furnished in the living/kitchen area on the ground floor. In the large bedroom on the 1st floor and in the tiny dark children's room and the very small and dark bedroom on the ground floor there were no closets or chairs to put clothes on. A car is essential. The beach or shops are difficult to reach on foot. The communal pool was clean and well maintained, the children's pool was not filled at the end of May. There was no seating at the pool.

What a wonderful house and what a fantastic view. We were warmly welcomed by Barbara on Saturday afternoon. She showed us the house and explained the use. The house is really well equipped, not as big as you would expect from the photos, but big enough We were only two and therefore had plenty of space -). Barbara had put bottles of water in the fridge for us, so very cold. After unloading the car to the nearby Mandelieu where a hypermarket (Geant Casino) with everything you could need and much more is located. Then back to the house. Every evening we sat on the terrace enjoying French delicacies and the phenomenal view of an illuminated Cannes. All evenings it was also very quiet, avn noise by neighbors is not been there. Also in the morning the breakfast on the terrace and amaze about the large luxury yachts that left the port of Cannes. No beautiful views we have not yet had a previous address. What I also want to notice is that (at least) the bed in the master bedroom is great. From that room you also have that great view of the Mediterranean Sea and Cannes.Because the house around from shutters is provided to make it fine dark and we have also slept wonderfully. The house is built against a fairly steep mountain. There has not been much of walking there either. Going down is still possible, but upwards requires a good condition. I myself once walked down the stairs to the beach (18 minutes). The way back took a double detour (wrong) and was heavy. For people with a moderate fitness (almost) not to doen.To cycling is too steep, a car you need. The pool is only two minutes walk and during our stay (early September) it was not busy, but good of temperature. By far not as cold as the pools of many resorts / hotels in Turkey or Sp

The house really has a wonderful view of the Bay of Cannes. Because the house is very far up on the mountain is a car almost not to think away. The beach is easily accessible by several stairs (for sportsmen). The decor of the house was very enjoyable. Everything you needed to cook etc. was available. The internet was a bit slow, but quite usable. The communal pool was always very clean, but is used by several houses. It can be quickly very crowded and loud. The garbage must be taken away, which was only very unfriendlyly informed at the departure (garbage cans were hidden about 1.5 km from the house)

For us as a couple with dog, the house was perfect. Very nicely furnished and everything is there, what you need. The view from the sea is fantastic, you have privacy in the garden, the pool is a bit far away from the house, and the neighbor left, directly adjacent was very noisy and always handcrafted something to drill, saw etc. otherwise our holiday would have been perfect The walks directly from the house, with sea view were very nice.

We were received very pleasantly and thought it was a nice house to stay in. Everything we needed was available. During our stay it was very quiet there. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the beautiful weather. A very successful holiday.
