This 2-bedroom holiday home in Etretat with a fenced garden and garden shed is set in a peaceful location. You can spend a memorable holiday here. This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age.
The vibrant seaside resort of Etretat guarantees an excellent holiday. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking enthusiasts, including some spectacular cliff walks. The town center at 1 km can be explored in the evenings. Restaurants serving excellent food and supermarkets are also at 1 km. The seabeach rests at 1 km, a short walk away if you wish to watch sunsets or walk on the coast. The cities of Honfleur and Deauville are only a short drive away and also worth a visit.

We were received very nice and guided by the beautiful house. We were the first guests ever and were thrilled with the perfect facilities and the ambience of the house. We are often on the road and mostly we book apartments or cottages. This is one of the best 5 of the last 10 years. It is located about 1.5 km from Etretat at altitude and absolutely quiet. Those who are on good terms walking down to the lively place. Parking is a problem during the day. The equipment of the house is high quality, no counted glasses, plates or cutlery. There is a bike shed, charcoal grill, sunbeds, parasol seating. The property is surrounded by a hedge and very well maintained. The landlords live next door and can be approached if necessary. (French) For peace seekers an ideal holiday home and worth every euro. Thanks to the nice hosts. And this is not a purchased rating.

Very friendly owners! Situated in a quiet and peaceful town. Lot's of nice things to see, but you need a car to manage the distances. We were there first week of September (2023) and the temperature reached unisual heights (30 - 32 degrees Celsius) therefore it was a bit (too) warm in the sleeping room(s). If that would be the case every year, some form of cooling would be very welcome in this otherwise very nice and very complete accommodation.

The cottage is really top, fully equipped. In addition, it is clean, spacious and well maintained. You are also great in terms of location. You can walk to Etretat in 20 minutes. There are many restaurants in Etretat. You can also start beautiful hiking trails there. Highly recommended!

We stayed 1 week in this lovely house with our 3 year-old, received a warm welcome from the owners. The house is neat and clean, equipped with everything you need. We all enjoyed while our stay. The house is in a quiet street and also close to the main drive way. Convenient if you also plan to visit around the area. It is also very close to Etretat city center, very convenient for getting groceries and local shops. Highly recommend!

On arrival it was clearly indicated that the house was a Belvilla holiday home, it was not hard to find. The house is on a quiet road with a few other houses. From the outside it immediately made a neat impression, it corresponded to the pictures on the website. The owners were very nice, we received a delicious bottle of wine from the region as a gift on arrival, and in the fridge 2 beers were cold. were the basic things you need such as coffee, tea and oil in the house.Very thoughtful, and nice to arrive after a long drive! The house itself was spotless and fully equipped, for example a wonderful large bath and good beds.We felt immediately at home, and have spent a very nice week! Because the garden is fenced our children (3 and 6 years) also nice to run around the house without us having to worry. there is plenty to see and to do, large supermarkets are nearby and you can reach Etretat in 5 minutes by car, where the view and the sculpture garden on top of the mountain are really worth it! In short: this holiday home is highly recommended, lots thanks to monsieur et madame Pique for the hospitality!

You have a lot of privacy because of the beautiful. enclosed garden with a gate that can be locked. The house itself is brand new and really equipped. Really everything has been thought of and is present. The location of the house is beautiful, you are close to Etretat and yet it is wonderfully quiet at the location. We look back on a wonderful holiday, partly due to the stay in this beautiful home and the warm hospitality of the owners.

We were really impressed with this lovely cottage. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have stayed in France many time before, and this is the best equipped, and decorated cottage we have stayed in. The layout was great, set well back from a small road, with high hedges. Our hosts were very friendly, and helpful.

After a 10 hour drive we arrived in Étretat. After a short contact via mobile phone, we agreed the check-in time with our landlords. The contact was extremely friendly. We were greeted warmly and personally shown around the house. The first impression of the house was great, the surroundings are quiet and idyllic. It goes downhill into the village, on the way you have a fantastic view of the water.
