This large 5-bedroom villa with panoramic views across the Mediterranean is located in the Saint-Raphaël area of Provence-Alpes-Riviera. Child-friendly as well, the villa comes with children's beds and a high chair.
The spacious villa is only 700m away from the beach and the attractive seaside resort of Anthéor. From the pool, you can get a spectacular view of the red rocks of the Esterel mountains along with Mediterranean Sea.Anthéor is a charming village with good restaurants as well as a lovely, sandy beach. General supplies and water sports can be found atAnthéor .Anthéor and Agay are located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, making it perfect to stay in, if you want to visit the Côte d'Azur coast. Head to Cannes by taking a train from the station only 300m from the villa. You can also take a boat fromAgay to popular Saint-Tropez. For those who prefer a more active life, the Esterel mountains has very nice hiking and mountain bike trails, and has some of the loveliest views. You will also find the Cap Esterel golf courses 4km away.
The villa itself comes with heating, and has a terrace and fenced garden with furniture. The gorgeous swimming pool is private and fenced and includes a separate shallow section for children with a depth of 50cm. There is also a gas barbecue so you can enjoy a culinary evening.
The nearest airport is Nice Airport, 58km away and the train station is 300m away.

The large and once luxurious villa is in poor condition. Entrance gate broken, garden furniture desolate, television not possible, clothes dryer disgusting with dust. Structurally, too, it is rather poorly maintained. We will look for a new location and leave the villa early. We will then negotiate the reimbursement separately, which is a shame.

Just like the pictures, fantastic views, beautiful swimming pool, terraces are crazy and the house is well-kept, modernly decorated. The airco was lovely to have for the hot days. We were warmly greeted. A pronounced steep driveway!

Beautiful huge house with fantastic pool. Large, nice fridge/freezer with ice cubes. Aircon in all rooms. Great location/view, good possibility to park 2 cars on or below the property - BUT just missing the finishing touches to justify the high rent. Bottom step of the main staircase fallen down, The doors to the cordoned off/secured pool area are hanging or malfunctioning, the one aircon in the living room did not work, the stove malfunctioned/LEDs burned out, the hood is hung incorrectly so you bang your head into it, the oven the HPFI relay trips during the grill function, the double bed on the 1st floor creaks and bangs, the door to the same room cannot close, the outdoor grill is rusty and worn, you get bitten by small mosquitoes when you stay outside in the morning and evening, wasps are also a nuisance , the baby bed provided was without a mattress, the one adult bed had been forgotten to be supplied with sheets, the corner sofa in the living room covered with old carpets as it was worn and old. Suggestion: Cooler bag and ice blocks are provided

Accommodation is due for renovation and is quite remote. Getting to the top with the car is almost impossible. We first had to clean ourselves and then have to pay for the "cleaning" ??? There are also wild boars that push the refuse containers over, but nothing was reported to us about this.
