I will start by saying that the villa was very neglected, both inside the house and outside, little or no cleaning. The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was tipped forward and the drawers opened by themselves. Outside the house it's even worse, with chips on the walls, lack of paint and basic care. The best thing about the house is undoubtedly the pool and the huge porch with a full kitchen. You can live outside if you are not afraid of heat and bugs. We came away covered in bites.

On the day of arrival we were received by the manager Mr. Feller who informed us about the Villa and gave a tour. The villa is conveniently located for the center, beach and harbor of Benalmadena, it is a 15-minute drive by car. Restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Ideal location for visiting Torremolinos, Malaga, Marbella and the beautiful town of Mijjas.

Very nice villa with large terrace with pool and sea view! Here and there a defaultje "Spanish style" but for us (2 adults and four kids between 10 and 14) super! All rooms and bathrooms clean and in order (4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms). Great large outdoor kitchen. Very friendly person in charge (who gave us a lift to the airport when our rental car didn't start and brought the car in because otherwise we wouldn't make it to the plane...!) Top!

Very satisfied and happy with the villa, it is composed of a beautiful swimming pool, huge garage, the living room, the bedrooms are well equipped, the terrace one of the best villas. Its location is magnificent, near the highway + crossroads supermarket and restaurant / bar to eat. A quiet place where you can relax and hear only the sound of birds. I highly recommend this villa, I will not hesitate to take it back if I go again.

Voila j ai passé 2 semaines dans la maison et je suis très très déçue de mon séjour mon corp entier est remplie de morsure de pin qui se trouve dans Le lit j ai des photos de toutes les morsures et je me gratte depuis le premier je suis arrivée j ai payé 2600 et j ai des cicatrices à sang dans tout mon corps je suis très très fâchée

We arrived early in the morning and were kindly received. Immediately upon arrival, a short tour was given through the house and everything looked fine. The accommodation was fully equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very good and the outdoor kitchen was great. The pool provides the necessary cooling after, for example, a brisk walk when you return from the beach. We were also sorry that one bedroom + bathroom was not open, these are downstairs at the entrance. It did not bother us in the sleeping area, but it was not indicated that it would remain closed, we suspect it is open if you are staying with 7 or 8 people. It is also indicated in advance that the pool is covered, but if we then wanted to cover the pool, we were told that this was not allowed. The area is very beautiful and you are also close to two towns (Malaga and Fuengirola) that are definitely worth a visit. Both are easy to reach by train. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance, a Carrefour and an Aldi, where you can do all the necessary shopping. For the beach you have to walk a lot down and on the way back it can sometimes be tough because of the steep parts, but once you arrive at the beach or return to the villa, you can enjoy your well deserved dive All in all, we had a very good holiday in this villa.
