House was not clean, upon arrival we still had to clean and wash dishes! Work next to the house (construction of 2 houses) causing noise. Was not mentioned in the description of the property. Called the contact person 5 times but still saw no one.

It is a nice house with a very convenient location. At the moment there is construction right next to the house, they were already at work at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is a spacious house, fully equipped. Not super clean unfortunately. And a very dirty bbq, which you have to provide yourself with a gas bottle, at least it turned out upon inquiry. For when you see the photos, and the costs for the house: cleaning, a clean bbq must be at least in order

We have had a fantastic stay in Villa Clem. We stayed 2 families together for a week. The villa is lovely and has a perfect location for everything. The only thing we can complain about is that such a large villa does not have a proper oven. There is only a small combined microwave and oven. It also lacks a baking tray. There were also not enough glasses for the number of guests. We could have wished for a larger fridge or possibly an extra fridge. Bur we manager. We were not bothered by cockroaches or other insects, as others has complained about. We saw cockroaches outside in the street at night, but were not bothered in the villa. The caretaker is very helpful and nice. This is highly recommended.

Called a number of the manager, then we found the key in the key box, which, according to the manager, was not the intention. 1 key for 7 people is a bit little. Villa was not really clean. Few towels, for €10 pp you can get more towels. 1 day before departure, the manager was at the door that today was the day of departure. After some discussion and being able to agree in writing that we really had booked an extra day, she left. In short, great villa, management and cleaning can be improved.

I have been a week with the children in Calpe, and we had a wonderful time in this beautiful spacious and luxurious Villa Clem.In the area is plenty to see / do, the beach is within walking distance and we have had beautiful weather every day .In the Villa everything is what you need. Everything is clean and tidy and everything has been thought to make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen everything is available, in the living room there are two spacious sofas and chairs with a large TV and in each bedroom there is a TV with nl / sp channels (and the PS does it very well) In the living room, with open kitchen, a large table where we have fun games done.And also it was nice to have wifi anywhere in the house.

what a wonderful house. The house is brand new and equipped with all comforts. The house is modernly furnished. the supermarket is literally around the corner. Although the parking space is in front of the house, we did not experience any inconvenience at all. You are at the beach in 5 minutes and there are plenty of eateries for a snack outside the door. The reception of the manager was extremely friendly and they were easily accessible for the few questions we had during our stay. All in all great house and nice environment. Recommended!

We enjoyed it very much. Perfect accommodation especially for our large family. One of the selection criteria was a double bedroom on ground floor with shower and bathroom for a less mobile family member. That was perfect. Accommodation is well located close to boulevard, beach, port, picturesque old town, nature and last but not least supermarket. The private swimming pool is a luxury. We can highly recommend the villa.

Service company not very good villa was not very clean we’ve had cockroaches which I have reported but no one has been, rubbish left in the garden. Pool was only cleaned today the tiles have green mildew around the too. Bedding sheets were ripped.

We had an early flight and there was no possibility to store the luggage of six people including bikes while the cleaning crew had already left at 12 PM. Consequently, we sat on a terrace for 7 hours with our luggage. The property is poorly maintained and dirty. There is a lack of kitchenware. 4 bowls in a property for 8? 3 champagne glasses and 4 wine glasses. Two woks and all other pans do not work on induction. Between the blankets was a pair of underwear from the previous visitors and in the cabinets, a crumpled sweater. Drying rack broken, ironing board broken, and we first had to wash the outdoor furniture. Absolutely not recommended while the property could offer so much!
