The beautiful and well-kept garden with sunbathing lawn, a small pond and barbecue facilities invites you to relax and unwind. Another highlight of this holiday home is without a doubt the garden. A beautiful house with spacious rooms, warm welcome. Everything is tiptop. It is so quiet that you except three tractors sees no car passing by. It is a green area and the neighboring village, Oberviechtach, which by the way is very cozy, has everything you need. Cosiness and tranquility asset.

We have stayed in many homes. This is one of the best. Equipment, location - friendliness of the landlord and the local contact person it all worked and fitted. We were delighted that the images were not fined. It has just looked so like the pictures. Who does not feel comfortable here, which can not help you. The location is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing - if you want that, then do you do nothing wrong. Also, settlement of NK was serious. WE and our son (10 years) will surely come again. Then 14 Days! Family Pitz from Zuzenhausen

The house was really nice and cozy furnishings. It is however a road along which is really hard ridden. The biggest but for us is that there is nothing to do in the village itself in a hurry. Too far away. You had to visit cities travel about 1 to 2.5 hours. In short, we enjoyed vd rest but it was for 1x this cottage.

For my 60th birthday I got together with my daughter, son, daughter and granddaughter (8 months) enjoyed a wonderful stay at this super beautiful and comfortable villa. The environment lent itself to scenic loop hikes, also accessible for pram. The border walk Bavaria Bohemia was like a fairy tale. With extra warm weather was freibad Oberviechtach an ideal location for lazy days and cool. Overall highly recommended for those who love comfort, tranquility, trekking and relaxing in nature.

Lovely week (no rain) in fine house with a good fire place. Hikes made with our two dogs in the immediate area. House is provided with all luxury and comfort. Big rooms. Baker / neighboring supermarket in Teunz has been opened since 6 o'clock. Also been to Plzen in the Czech Republic. Just 1 hour drive and well worth the effort.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed. The house is very nice and spacious. On the cleanliness you can only say Top !!! What I have missed is perhaps a bit better oriented kitchen. Somehow everything seemed a bit jumbled to me. We were only there with two people, if we had been to seventh it might have been missing on several things. The sauna was great! All in all, highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Warm and welcoming reception. The accommodation nice, spacious and practically furnished. Kitchen with all conveniences and equipment. Also dog friendly, although the garden was not completely fenced. Environment wonderfully quiet, friendly residents. Wonderful for walking

Accommodation ok. On the confirmation was a photo of a white house. It turned out to be a wooden house. Not bad but very dark. TV didn't work. but that was corrected. Addressing is incorrect The Obere Dorfstrasse is not in Teunz but in Fuchsberg. Advice: adjust this in your data.

Nice house, quite well equipped. Surprisingly for this small place, busy road. Garden only sparse and not completely fenced in in any area, you can not let the dogs run. A mobile fence would help. During the week, the bars are almost exclusively open in the evening.

The house was quite comfortable. We think that the living room lacks a few nice armchairs. The sofa was terrible, fake leather and no firmness but practical of course. We were lucky just the two of us. For example, I wouldn't sit here with two couples, but it would be fine for a family with children. The house is very warm, so warm that we often opened windows. There are screens in it, so no problem. We were there in October and the weather was quite warm. In the winter it would be wonderfully cozy. We did not need the wood stove in the room. The television was very small. So small, that the remote barely reaches it… The internet connection / WIFi was decent, fine for a bit of social media or for Googling but not powerful enough for Netflix or missed broadcast or anything like that. That's a shame, especially because the television has no foreign channels. The kitchen is well equipped. The refrigerator really needs to be replaced. The door does not fit seamlessly and the temperature fluctuated and we had difficulty getting it below 7 degrees (at home it is 3-4 degrees) The downstairs bedroom is the most beautiful in terms of decor. The beds are fine despite the very strange synthetic sheets and very small duvets (100 x 200, 2 pieces on each bed) I slept wonderfully. The village is very quiet. I read on other reviews/sites that it is located on a busy street. this really wasn't the case. I do think that the photos are made as if there is nothing in the area in terms of buildings, but this is not the case. There are apartments across the road and even a new house is being built behind the house (when finished there will be no hill views from the garden/hot tub) They were clearing rubble on the new building plot but we are short on time suffered from (1 morning some noise) The hot tub is a nice extra. Unfortunately you only get water for 1 x. So not very fresh. Even if you go there s

The house has us grds. liked. But: smears are to make for the kitchen. Dishes are broken. Cutlery looks mixed up. Knives are out of focus, etc. The bed in the EC squeaks and hangs on the right side of the bed. This was not a problem for us, as we often sleep separately: The couch is very worn and sat by. The surrounding area is beautiful, how do you like the tranquility and the beautiful landscape. Suggestion: The house is right on a road that is over the Photos not clear. It would be great for the dog owners, if the garden part was fenced. We drive twice a year in a cottage, for us the value for money is not good.

We (2 adults, 1 child of 20 months) have spent 10 days in this beautiful and complete holiday. Chair was present which was very practical. There is a pond, which is careful with small children. The surroundings are beautiful. It is very quiet. Plenty of opportunities for excursions, where you already have to drive fast. Half an hour to an hour We found that no problem and have made several trips, including to Prague.
