Two independent apartments each sleeping 4 people The apartments are bright and spacious and includes all facilities and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay.
Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard.
All windows have fly nets.
The garden
Relax in our beautiful garden which has various fruit trees – grape vines – olives- vegetable garden – garden furniture – Loungers - back in the sun and improve your tan, the garden is not overlooked.
Enjoy a meal al fresco in our Gazebo. We also have a BBQ.
when in season sample our home-grown vegetables or a take-away pizza with a bottle of local wine.
The garden has a remote-controlled gate making it impossible for small children to wander.

Villa Marta is our family home, Furnished and decorated with great care with quality fittings for use of our married children who now live elsewhere, we have two apartments for rental during the holiday season
Our ground floor apartment is particularly popular with couples with young families as it has direct access to the large garden.
The second floor apartment has windows opening onto balconies facing south and west with a great view of our garden, the valley and the town below.
The property is newly built; with double glazed windows all windows have fly screens. Newly furnished and decorated in good taste and with all modern comforts

A car is essential in order to reach us from the airport also to visit all of the little towns and neighboring countryside. But it is far better to take the bus or train for day trips to far less worry that negotiating Rome\'s traffic
Our villa is within walking distance of the town Situated in the heart of the Cioiaria region just 60 km South of Rome is the old and characteristic town of FIUGGI.
Fiuggi today consists of two different towns:FIUGGI CITTÀ
the old medieval village once called Anticoli Campagna, on the hilltop with narrow streets, squares and hidden restaurants and the modern town in the valley called Fiuggi FONTE where the famous spa is located
is a lovely, pleasant modern town which really stands out amongst all the other places in the area, unlike the old town, here you will find wide, flat streets sided by modern hotels, fashionable boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, auctions, and outdoor cafés.
Relax and mix with the locals in the evening, during the summer months Fiuggi offers a variety of festivals, concerts, and sporting events often ending in firework displays

I was born in Lancashire England I married my Italian husband and moved to this beautiful part of Italy as a young bride. We are now enjoying our retirement! We are pleased to share our family home with visitors from all over the world. We live in the first floor apartment and rent the second floor and ground floor . Our guests have the advantage of staying in a quiet picturesque area but have the city and local attractions very close by.
