Heiligensee - in the north-west of Berlin, surrounded by water and woods at the edge of a Late Pleistocene dune and yet conveniently located 2 minutes from the motorway between Berlin and Hamburg - the same out of earshot! 1 minute to the bus - another 10 minutes to the train or subway a total of only 35 minutes "in the town". Potsdam, Mecklenburg Lake District, Baltic Sea coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Rügen and Usedom or märkische Switzerland are well worth the trip. But once you learn first to know Berlin with all its museums and theaters of the city to Kurfürstendamm, Tauentzienstraße, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse, Potsdamer Platz and the government quarter but also the lakes and forests and many kilometers of bicycle paths.

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Mauch ist von ihrer Lage her und deren Ausstattung absolut für Urlauber/innen geeignet, die auf Berliner Entdeckungsreise gehen wollen. Dazu passt die ideale Anbindung an den ÖPNV der BVG (Bus, S- und U-Bahn). Etwas von der Straße eingerückt befindet sich das Wohnhaus, in dem das obere Geschoss die gemütliche und geräumige (max. 4 Personen, 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder optimal) Ferienwohnung umfasst. Die Eheleute Mauch kümmern sich als Vermieter wunderbar und immer ansprechbar um ihre Gäste. Wir hatten dort eine kurze tolle Woche und kamen abends fußlahm gern in den Ortsteil Heiligensee in unser Quartier zurück ... und empfehlen auch für andere Urlauber/innen dieses Urlaubsdomizil uneingeschränkt!
