The Holiday home

The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins and two bathrooms. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs toilet with small shower and sink so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) A travel cot, high chair, buggy and stair gate are available at no extra charge. Parking is right outside the villa. There is a safe available for guests use.

If needed there are hot/cold air con units in the lounge and main bedroom, available on a meter. The lounge has double aspect windows and is very light and airy, it has corner sofa seating with a television attached to the wall on a swivel bracket, providing English TV and Spanish TV channels. There is a collection of music CD's, DVD player and a collection of DVD's , a PS2 with games and a blue tooth speaker so you can play your own favourite music. We offer high-speed fibre optic wi fi free of charge of 20MGB. There is a charging dock with 2 USB sockets.

Beach chairs, inflatables, beach parasol, cool boxes, buckets and spades are available for guests use. (subject to availability) There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available.

The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. At the side of the villa there is a patio area for al fresco dining with a stone built BBQ. There are 2 solarium's, one off the main bedroom and one on the roof with sun loungers, for all day sunshine!

The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a shower, vanity basin and toilet. There is also a small shower room situated on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet and basin.

additional information about rental price:

A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. (Not peak season) Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged. There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals between the hours of 22.00 – 8 am. A damage and key deposit of £200/250euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments. Welcome packs and hire of beach towels (saves luggage space!) can be arranged, please ask for details

Please note cleaning charges and being met at the property with the keys are included in the price. There is a small charge for the 7th person.

Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.

The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas.

When we bought our property in 2002 with a view to eventually living in Torrevieja we knew we wanted a south facing property but didn't realise then quite how important that is! We are delighted that every time the sun shines, no matter what time of year, we can always get a sun tan on our patio, it really is a suntrap.

We feel for a long rental we are ideally placed with everything within walking distance so car hire is not essential. We can arrange airport transfers. We are available normally between Nov-March for a long rental but this does depend on existing reservations so could be longer if needed, please always ask for availability. we had a wonderful holiday 4 adults 2 children plenty of room for all jacki made booking so easy from pick up to drop off the neighbours very friendly even gave us lemons from tree for the vodka and ran us all to the beach kids loved the pool just round corner never busy and always clean the property itself is spotless and roomy we ate most times in the patio area we will certainly be going back and already looking at dates for next year the description about area spot on

We had a lovely holiday (four adults & two Children) the house is very conveniently situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac but only ten minutes walk away the Carrefour hypermarket, Habaneras shopping centre, numerous bars, restaurants and water park. The community swimming pool is a two minute walk away and never busy and on a few occasions we were the only people swimming. The neighbours Alan & Vicky were very friendly, informative and helpful. The house is spacious and comfortably sleeps six in three double bedrooms (thank god for the air conditioning in the master bedroom). We spent many an happy hour sitting under the gazebo with a nice cool drink. I would defiantly recommend this property for a wonderful relaxing family holiday
