Our 51 sqm flat with shower/WC is located close to the centre in Laer, Steinfurt district, 20 km from the gates of Münster (only 15 minutes to the A1, Münster-Nord exit and 20 minutes by car to MS-City, also easily accessible by express bus line S 70) on the owners' private property. A kitchenette with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and sink, a modern bathroom with shower and WC, a cosy sitting area with cable TV, dining table with four swing armchairs and a double bed offer all the amenities for a pleasant and peaceful stay - even for longer ones on three sides if you wish - make the flat a light-flooded flat; the great room height (to ridge height approx. on request, a third person can stay on the sofa and a fourth person in the loft bed (for an extra charge). Fitters or other professionals are just as welcome as holiday guests and we provide bicycles for tours in the Münsterland. We have maps and information material ready for you. You can use our sauna area (with winter garden) for a fee!

Cancellation terms:

Hello. My husband Peter and I have been running a holiday home on our property in Laer, where we also live, for more than 10 years. We enjoy this so much that we have set up a second flat as a holiday home , about 5 mins from our home. We have had to give so many refusals, as we have only had one holiday flat so far. Obviously, holidays in Münsterland are becoming more and more popular. We have furnished both flats in such a way that we would move in there ourselves immediately. We very much hope that our guests will feel at home.
