We offer comfortable apartments located in a modern building which stands in the heart of the beach park, only 200m from a beautiful sandy beach and just 5 minutes walk from the city center.
The building includes a reception and is under video surveillance around the clock. Nearby there are 3 guarded parking, numerous restaurants, cafes, galleries, grocery stores, a medical Bäde- and massage center, a Soleschwimmbad, a harbor and many other attractions.
The two-room apartment has an area of 45m² and is done for a maximum of 4 persons.
The living room incl. Kitchen is equipped among other things with extendable couch, dining area, satellite TV, DVD recorder, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, kettle, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, etc.
The bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and TV.
The full bath offers a comfortable shower with massage function.
The one-bedroom apartment has an area of 35m² and is for max. 3 persons served.
Sunny apartment for two people (with additional comfortable sleeping for a third person). Equipped among other things with a comfortable double bed (160x200), a sitting room (sofa with 120x195 bed surface), a dining table, a full kitchenette. In the bathroom is a washing machine available.
The apartment is located on the 4th Floor (in the building there are two elevators).
