Our small flat has approx. 45 sqm and is located in the basement of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. It is suitable for 2 to 3 people
If you are looking for peace and quiet and still want to enjoy some trips to Berlin's city centre or the abundance of sights, this is the place for you
Equipment: Living room with three beds, kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, small oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. TV and large bathroom. Garden furniture and fire bowl for cosy evenings.
Accommodation from 3 nights at 65€ per night incl. service charges. Towels, bed linen included. One-time 30€ final cleaning.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in Berlin Wendenschloss, a historic villa colony directly on the forest and 500m from the Dahme, a tributary of the Spree, with very good swimming opportunities.
Public transport takes you to the city centre in 50 minutes, by car it takes max. 30 minutes. If you like it more romantic, the ferry takes you across the water to the S-Bahn. Parking is available in front of our house.

Very beautifully located holiday flat!
We felt very comfortable in the beautiful and clean! We felt very comfortable in the beautiful and clean flat. The flat is very individually, artistically and tastefully furnished.
We were "lucky" to be in Berln-Köpenick during the heat wave. The forest location kept the flat wonderfully cool. A five-minute walk is enough to go swimming, for example.
If you have bicycles with you, you can enjoy nature even more here. We had a very pleasant contact with the very helpful landlady. The connection to public transport is very good. In short, a flat that can be absolutely recommended!

Nicht zu empfehlen
Hallo zusammen, wir hatten uns diese Ferienwohnung für 4 Nächte gemietet. Haben diese aber bereits nach 30 Minuten wieder verlassen. Bei der Ankunft waren wir jedoch schockiert, über den Zustand der Wohnung.
In jeder Ecke waren entweder spinnen oder Spinnweben. Mit einem Stehspiegel, wurde höchstwahrscheinlich versucht den Schimmel hinter dem Kleiderschrank zu verstecken. Des Weiteren waren Essensreste vom Vormieter aufzufinden an der Suppenkelle sowie an den Trinkgläsern, im Backofen und im Kühlschrank. Als wir es telefonisch beim Vermieter reklamiert haben, wurde uns gesagt dass, es normal ist das Spinnen und Spinnweben in der Wohnung sind. Da die Ferienwohnung an einem Waldgebiet liegt. Auf die Reklamation bezüglich der Essensreste, wurden wir als „“Lūgner“ betitelt. Nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter, verließen wir die Wohnung und bekamen unser Geld zurück.
