Wir sind nett aufgenommen worden. Ein tolles Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Pool u. Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Räumlichkeiten und der Aussenbereich sind für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet.

Very nice well maintained house to spend the holidays with a family. Lots of privacy, and multiple terraces - so there is always a place in the shade - in very quiet surroundings. even a stunning view of mount Ida! Just a short drive away from some small beaches, Rethimnon and enough supermarkets etc around.

After we randomly booked a Last Minute vacation at Elya in 2008, we were there again in 2009 and have already booked for 2010. The house is ideal for us as a family with three children, very nicely furnished, and well maintained. This also applies to the garden and the pool, both of which are taken care of every two days by a gardener. From the kitchen, living room, and terrace, you have a direct view of the pool, which is important for small children who cannot swim yet. The house is very quiet, and the garden and pool are not visible to the neighbors. Pure relaxation! The village of Prinos is uninteresting, but since you need a rental car anyway, you can quickly reach the beautiful coastal towns and beaches. A significant advantage is the very friendly and reliable landlord couple. He speaks very good English, she speaks fluent French and German in addition to English. They not only help with all questions about the house but also, for example, took care of getting a doctor for one of the children at night and accompanied us there. That's why we are regular guests.

The house was very clean and well equipped, perfect for 5 people as it offers a lot of space. Pool and garden service every 2 days by the very friendly owners, who were always nice contacts with excursion and organization tips. We can highly recommend "Elya"!

Especially in these difficult times, Jassu Reisen did an absolutely top job for us. From the advice and suggestions for suitable houses to flights and rental cars, everything was simply perfect. The house is exactly as pictured and truly a dream. The well-maintained and tastefully furnished interior is accompanied by the very kind and helpful landlords (great tips for excursions and taverns). The pool is a highlight, completely tiled and with overflow drainage, something not often found. In terms of location, both the west and south of Crete can be perfectly explored. Many thanks to Jassu for this wonderful vacation.

a great praise for the house Elya. We (4 people) spent 2 weeks of vacation in this very well-kept and well-equipped facility. Great reception by the nice landlord couple despite the very late arrival time. Clean and very well-kept swimming pool. The house itself is also well maintained by an employee. With a rental car, you can quickly reach several shopping opportunities, beaches, and cozy taverns. In short, a vacation where we lacked nothing. Gladly again.

Very nice house, quiet location, reliable and friendly landlords. However, for the summer I would wish for mosquito screens, at least in the bedrooms. And the shower issue would need to be improved. Unfortunately, the fittings are so leaky or calcified that it is almost impossible to shower (at least without completely soaking the whole bathroom).

We were 4 in the house, for 4 this house is ideal. For 6 only limited (there are 6 sleeping places available). There were some small things missing... Hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels --- there was only one in each bathroom... That is not enough with 4 bath towels and 4 small towels... It was not possible to shower because there was either no shower curtain (bathroom 1) or there was no shower attachment, but there was a shower curtain. In the lower bathroom, we also didn't find any outlets... There were hardly any storage options for all the bathroom supplies, we took glasses from the kitchen as toothbrush cups (they were plentiful). It is always a shame to come to a vacation home and lack things like dish soap, dishcloths, aluminum foil, or spices (salt, pepper, paprika...) These are things that every guest has to buy and can't use up during their vacation. It should be a matter of course that such things are available and if they are running out, they are replenished by the vacationer. It's a shame that the cleaning staff disposes of these things somehow. But these are all small things that we noticed. The house is great, the care very good. The cleaning and towel service was also gratefully accepted. One more thing - take care of the lock at the garden entrance... very annoying...

The house is furnished with beautiful furniture, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the property is beautifully landscaped with various plants. Everything is perfectly maintained. Communication with the owners is friendly and completely uncomplicated. The house and property deserve the rating "excellent". The house is located very quietly in a pleasant environment. For those who love a lively, very touristy town nearby, the nearby town is a good choice. A car is necessary to reach more original places and sights.

Very nice, super equipped house with a beautiful pool, in which we parents swam with our children! We felt very comfortable in the house, especially the well-equipped kitchen lacked nothing. Our daughter had a lot of fun with the electric orange juicer for freshly squeezed orange juice, which you should definitely try because of the delicious oranges of Crete! The beds were made in all bedrooms and there were extra blankets, and there were plenty of towels. The pool was cleaned every 2 days and the garden was taken care of. We were greeted very friendly by the managers, received an SMS 2 days before arrival and could adjust our arrival and departure time individually. As a welcome gift, to our great joy, there was water, a bottle of wine and grapes in the fridge, as well as cookies and other snacks on the coffee table. We also enjoyed the heavenly quietness in the area. We felt very comfortable and well rested! Crete is definitely worth a trip with its friendly people and beautiful landscape! Thank you very much Jassu for the friendly mediation and the smooth handling! Highly recommended!!

Especially in these difficult times, Jassu Reisen has delivered an absolute top job for us. Everything from the advice and suggestions for suitable houses to flights and rental cars was simply perfect. The house is exactly as depicted and simply a dream. The well-maintained and tasteful decor is accompanied by the totally nice and helpful landlords (great tips for excursions and taverns). The pool is a highlight, completely tiled and with an overflow flush, something you don't often find. The region allows for perfect exploration of both the west and south of Crete. A very quiet house located on a small hill, furnished with the necessary utensils and furniture for a one-week stay. The beautifully maintained garden, lined by a limestone wall, allows for privacy as a family and enables one to not have to be extremely considerate of neighbors. And, last but not least, due to the pool, it is ideal for families with teenage children!

After we had a last minute holiday in Elya in 2008, we stayed there again in 2009 and have already booked for 2010. The house is very suitable for us as a family with three children, very nicely furnished, well maintained. This also applies to the garden and the pool, both are kept in order by a gardener every two days. You have a direct view of the pool from the kitchen and living room as well as the terrace, which is important for small children who cannot swim yet. The house is very quiet, the garden and pool are not visible from the neighbours. Pure relaxation! The village of Prinos is uninteresting, but since you need a rental car anyway, you can quickly reach the very beautiful places on the coast as well as the beach. A major advantage is the very friendly and reliable landlord couple. He speaks very good English, she speaks fluent French and German. The holiday home Elya has a great location, quiet, but you can still get to the surrounding villages quickly. The house itself is great. Lovingly furnished and the private pool invites you to swim early. We'll be back any time.

There were 4 of us in the house, for 4 this house is ideal. For 6 only conditionally (there are 6 beds available). There were so few little things missing... Hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels --- there was only one in each bathroom.... That is too little for 4 shower towels and 4 small towels.... Showering was not possible as there was either no shower curtain (bathroom 1) or there was no shower peg but there was a shower curtain. We also didn't find a power socket in the downstairs bathroom ... There was hardly any storage space for all the bathroom utensils, we used glasses from the kitchen as toothbrush cups (there were plenty of them). Also, we always find it a pity to come to a holiday home lacking things like dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, aluminium foil or even spices (salt, pepper, paprika...) These are things that every guest has to buy and cannot use up at all during their holiday. It should be a matter of course that such things are available and when they run out, they are replenished by the holidaymaker. It is a pity that the cleaning staff (??) dispose of these things however they can. But these are all small things that we noticed. The house is great, the service very good. The cleaning and towel service was also gratefully received. One more thing- take care of the lock on the garden entrance.... very annoying...

And the shower problem should be improved. Unfortunately, the fittings are so leaky or calcified that you can hardly take a shower. (at least without splashing the entire bathroom).
