ERATO is a free-standing, two-storey luxury villa that is tastefully furnished and surrounded by a spacious garden and lawn property. The villa was built in 2008, completely renovated in 2016 and has 150sqm of living space.

Ground floor: living/dining area with fireplace, sofa bed for 1 person, Plasma SAT-TV, DVD, adjoining open kitchen with a glass ceramic hob, oven, fume cupboard, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso- and coffee machine, washing machine, highchair for children. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor: master bedroom with 1 double bed. Adjoining bathroom with toilet and a Jacuzzi with integrated massage function. Direct access to a 25sqm, partly roofed terrace with a magnificent sea view. The 55sqm pool (11x5m, depth 0,70 to 1,70m, not heated, in operation from 01.05 to 31.10.) invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim. The guest house for 2 persons is located in the rear part of the property, approx. 40m behind Villa CALYPSO and to the side of Villa ERATO at a distance of approx. 20m. The guest house stands on its own and has its own garden area. Comfortably furnished, built in 2009, approx. 35 sqm living space, 1 room with 1 double bed and adjoining an open kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machine. Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Approx. 10 sqm covered terrace.
The guest house is available for an occupancy of 8 persons or more.
