-Ferienwohnung Dina griechisch rustikal/gemütlich/sauber -guter Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern und Türen -Handtücher und Bettwäschewechsel/Zwischenreinigung -schattige Terrasse vor Wohnküche mit Essplatz und 2 Liegen mit guten Auflagen -kleiner sonniger Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen vor Schlafzimmer -gute Matratze im Doppelbett -herzlich freundlicher Empfang durch Vermieterin, die auch zwischendurch gefragt hat, ob alles ok ist, ohne aufdringlich zu sein -defekter Fernseher wurde am gleichen Tag ausgewechselt -Klimaanlage(nicht benutzt) -1minütiger Fußweg zum schönen Strand/superangenehmes sauberes Wasser -Liegenverleih am Strand durch sehr netten Mann -Wir hatten ein Mietauto um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Ohne Auto wäre alles sehr schwierig, da es auch bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Agios Mattheos*) mind. 3 km sind -* wunderbares Dorf mit Bäcker, Apotheke, Lebensmittelläden, Cafés Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Wander-u. The appartment is wonderfull, quiet and only one minute from the beach. Check in and contact was really easy, this is the perfect place to relax! We had no car and hiking to the super market was no problem as we really enjoyed the nature on the way!

Our stay in DINA Apartment was fantastic. It was very remote and peaceful, exactly what we needed after a week of partying elsewhere on the island. The local restaurants have great food and the beach was glorious. The apartment had some bottled water when we arrived but did not have any cleaning products/extra toilet roll/bin bags and the supermarket is quite a long walk away - luckily the owners have a deal with a lady who owns a shop in town who will come and pick you up free of charge and take you to her store to do your shopping. This was a wonderful surprise and really made our stay here stress free! The shop has everything you could need including fresh fruit & veg and a deli meats counter. I would advise to come prepared with food for your first couple of days just in case you are unable to get to the shop. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future. Five stars all around. Clean, organised, friendly and beautiful!

Geweldig fijne en mooie plek om te verblijven! Absoluut een aanrader! Schoon, netjes en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. IJsblokjes in de vriezer, goed bedacht. Boodschappen doen van tevoren is zeer aan te raden. Als je geen vervoer hebt is het een wandeling van 3 kwartier naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt in Agios Mattheos. Maar wel een hele mooie wandeling. Wij waren hier met 2 volwassenen en onze zoon van 7. Hij sliep in de woonkamer en werd soms wel te vroeg wakker van geluiden van toilet en opstaan. Maar dat hoort erbij in een appartement als deze. Kortom, niks op aan te merken!!!

Die Unterkunft hatte für zwei Personen eine ausreichende Größe und es war alles vorhanden, was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Zum Meer sind es nur zwei Minuten, das Wasser ist sauber und der Strand nicht überfüllt. Die drei Tavernen vor Ort sind alle sehr gut. Einen Mietwagen sollte man haben, da es im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Strände an der Ostküste sind sehr schön und Kerkira ein absolutes Muss. Schade ist es, dass auf der ganzen Insel Mengen an Müll rumliegen, der natürlich fürchterlich stinkt und das Inselbild verschandelt.

The apartment was clean, there was enough cookware, the terrace was shaded or there were also sunny spots when it was cooler. The entire roof of the house was shaded by an ancient tree, so the summer heat did not really penetrate. Dina is very friendly and accommodating, but only speaks Greek except for a few German words. The beach is clean and bamboo bushes provide shade until 2 pm. The only thing that really bothered us was the very narrow double bed (only 1.40m wide). I had to use the couch in the kitchen instead. Furthermore, the balcony railing was very low.

Great holiday cottage in a fantastic location! We were able to relax very well and had everything we needed in the cottage! The landlady, Mrs. Dina, is very nice and helpful! The sandy beach is very clean! All in all: TOP!

Very nice accommodation with a great view of the mountains and of course, the sea. The outdoor shower on the terrace is fantastic and we will miss it a lot. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower, which we did not use during our stay. The landlady was super nice and always helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to Paramonas for another vacation.

After a somewhat turbulent week in Dassia, we had a wonderful time in Paramonas. The small holiday home was just perfect. Size and location were just right, everything was sparkling clean, high-quality mosquito protection everywhere, and the landlady was very welcoming. Great praise to the architect of the holiday apartments, which really look and are nested together like a Greek mountain village. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic; we were even able to watch a distant thunderstorm or lightning on the Italian side of the coast for one night, an unforgettable experience. This creates a cozy feel-good atmosphere. The weather was good at the end of September, a bit windy but suitable for both swimming and hiking. Of the three taverns, we can particularly recommend Skala and Plori; Skala is a bit hidden and not directly by the sea. We also always found Jannis, the man with the sunbeds, in a good mood and wish him that his plan for a kiosk can still come true because we actually just missed a mini store in Paramonas. We will definitely come back!!!

It was a dreamy beautiful vacation that we will never forget at the DINA holiday apartment. We were traveling without a car, which was also possible if you enjoy walking. It took about 45 minutes on foot to reach the nearest supermarket. The location of the holiday apartment is simply perfect. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away and the nearby restaurants are top-notch. We especially loved the garlic bread with feta cheese cream. We took daily walks through the olive groves to different beaches. We also went to Corfu Town once. We took the bus there. We also want to express a big thank you to Dina and Niki for their great, warm hospitality. We would love to come back again!!! Leon and Birthe.

The property is very clean and well-maintained. The super clean beach offers the soul what it needs. We had a quiet and relaxing holiday, which we will definitely repeat there. The landlady Dina is a discreet but loving woman, who was always helpful! Among the locals, it is the most beautiful and popular place to relax for a few days. The highlight for us was the clean air from the mountains and the clean water at the beach on the right side. A VIEW FOR THE GODS.

We stayed at House Dina for the 3rd time and were thrilled again! Everything needed for daily use is available and the landlady Dina is very nice and always helpful. The village of Paramonas is as one imagines Greece; we will definitely go back because vacationing among Greeks is much more interesting, beautiful, and lively than in a tourist center!

Dina is a very beautiful accommodation, clean with all the essential kitchen utensils and good Wi-Fi. A nice small balcony and a small terrace in front of the entrance to enjoy a good breakfast. A nice beach almost at the doorstep with 2 taverns. A car would be advantageous because a taxi costs around 70€ from the airport (2023).

A charming place right by the sea. The overall impression was even more beautiful than what could be seen in the photos. It was totally sufficient for swimming and eating out without a car, but to explore the whole island, a car would be recommended. Both the host and the neighbors were very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the place!

Paramonas is a little paradise! We stayed 3 nights at "Dina". It is located almost directly on the beach and slightly sloping. There is a shaded parking lot a little below. "Dina" has a large, green and shady terrace with an outdoor shower, table, chairs and sun loungers in the northwest. It also has a small southeast balcony with a table and chairs. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the village and the sea. The view to the sea from the terrace is a bit restricted because there are other terraces of other apartments in between. "Dina" is spacious (kitchen/dining area, bedroom, bathroom). Everything is very well equipped, very clean and cozy. Insect screens were available on all windows. Our only criticism is that there was only one roll of toilet paper and the air conditioning didn't work - but we didn't need it and therefore didn't ask about it. Paramonas is small, quiet and beautiful. We would love to come back!

- We had a rental car to explore the beautiful island. Without a car, everything would be very difficult, as it is at least 3 km to the nearest shopping opportunity (Agios Mattheos*)

All in all, a very nice hiking and beach vacation.

We were for the 3rd time in the house Dina and were again enthusiastic! Everything what one needs for the daily need, is present and the landlady Dina is very nice and always helpful. The place Paramonas is so, as one imagines Greece; we go certainly again: since the holiday among Greeks is much more interesting, more beautiful and more alive, than in a tourist centre!

The beach is clean and bamboo bushes provide shade until 2pm. The only thing that really bothered us was the very narrow double bed (about 1.40m wide only). I had to switch to the couch in the kitchen. Furthermore, the bacon railing was very low.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. Dina is very friendly and helpful. The coffee machine could be replaced. It takes quite a long time. But you are on holiday. The beach is very rocky and the sea is often choppy. The Greeks on the beach were immediately on hand and helpful. It was very relaxing and we can highly recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with great views of the mountains and of course the sea. The outdoor shower on the terrace was great and we will miss it very much. Of course there is also a bathroom with shower, but we did not use it during our stay. The landlady was very nice and always helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay in Paramonas again.

It was a fantastically beautiful holiday that we will never forget in the holiday flat DINA. We travelled without a car, which was also possible if you like to walk. It took about 45 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. The location of the flat is just perfect. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away and the restaurants nearby are top. We especially loved the garlic bread with sheep's cheese cream. We went on walks every day through the olive groves to different beaches. We also went to Corfu Town once. We went there by bus.

We would also like to thank Dina and Niki for their warm hospitality.

Paramonas is unbeatable if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of other holiday resorts. The flat is not spacious, but sufficient. Kitchen equipment very good. Sea view and mountain view from the balcony and to a limited extent also from the terrace. Not easy to find at night!
