The family-owned property LOUKIA’S with pool is set in a slight hillside location above the Paramonas beach and offers a wonderful view across the Ionian Sea and the green landscape of the island.

On the enclosed, terraced property there are 2 buildings with a distance of 25mtr between them. The house on the left side is used by the landlord´s family and the two-storey house on the right side comprises the holiday apartments, renovated in 2018. On the first floor there are two holiday apartments, LOUKIA’S 1 and 2 and the studio LOUKIA‘S 3. The holiday apartment LOUKIA‘S 4 is on the ground floor. The entrance to the holiday apartments is on the rear side of the house. The large, roofed BBQ terrace on the rear part of the property is the perfect spot for leisurely get-togethers. The beautiful view across the sea and the enchanting landscape, the idyllic hillside location and the neat furnishings contribute to the special charm of this holiday domicile. In front of the house is a 90sqm pool (14 x 6,5mtrs, 1,20 to 1,80mtrs depth, non-heatable, in operation from 01 June to 31 October) for the shared use of all guests. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sunbeds and parasols, some roofed and cosy seating facilities and a swing for children.

The middle apartment LOUKIA’S 2 is on the first floor of the house. The comfortable apartment with its fresh look and the comfortable furnishings is ideal for a relaxing holiday close to sea and nature. From the narrow kitchen you get to the two bedrooms and the shared bath. From both bedrooms there is direct access to the roofed terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.
