The property is located within a large private area on the green hills of the Casentino Forest National Park between Florence and Arezzo, just 5 minutes drive from Poppi, a splendid medieval town considered one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy.

The extensive outdoor area (approx. three and a half hectares) that surrounds the villa is completely fenced and maintained with great care. There are various corners perfect for every need, from the children's playground to the barbecue area & the large gazebo for outdoor dining, the stunning swimming pool area and various panoramic terraces.
The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the spectacular crescent-shaped swimming pool (size 7x15 m, depth 0,30 - m / open April - October / external shower). It is well exposed to the sun, secluded and with breathtaking views of the valley and hills below dotted with various villages similar to herds of grazing sheep.

The property is suitable for large groups of friends, family gatherings as well as all kinds of events, allowing a convivial holiday but at the same time to enjoy moments of privacy too.

Accommodation is offered in four self-contained units, each with own fully equipped kitchen and living area; three of them are in the main building and one in the adjacent outbuilding.
The spacious common areas are located on the main building ground floor where are found a large living & dining area, and a fully-equipped professional kitchen with direct access onto the garden with outdoor barbecue area, a furnished terrace and a gazebo for al-fresco dining.

The interiors are furnished with love for details in typical Tuscan style and equipped with all modern comforts.
As a bonus, there is a vegetable garden available where guests are allowed to collect vegetables for free.
