The beautifull Villa Bubani is located in a small village called Bubani. The villa spreads on 140 square meters and it can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2 bedrooms have two single beds. All rooms are air conditioned and newly equipped. The cozy living room is very spacious and comfortable so you can relax carelessly. The guests also have a fully equipoed kitchen with kitchen utensils and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In front of villa there is beautiful covered terrace with large dining table and only a couple of steps away in a separated walled and gated courtyard you can find a 32 square meters pool for your daily amusement and relaxing moments. Furthermore, outside you can find a fully equipped summer kitchen with large dining table and a barbecue. Surrounded with nature, Villa Bubani is an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

This property is located in west part of the Istria peninsula, county Kanfanar , near to village of Sosici and more precisely hamlet called Bubani. The old architecture of surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olive trees dominate this area in this Mediterranean environment. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre Arena and Brijuni national park are just a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants, taverns, wine-cellars can be found at just a short drive in all directions. It is a great place to enjoy the food, wine, history and, after all, to relax.
