This simple detached 4-person holiday home for rent is located on its own yard next to a beautiful monumental farmhouse with stepped gable from 1664. This holiday home is fully furnished. Quiet and rural location with stunning views over the countryside. Centrally located and within cycling distance of nature reserve, beach and village center Renesse and Burgh Haamstede with shops and cozy terraces.

This holiday home has a large, sunny private garden of approx. 500 m2 and a terrace that offer a lot of privacy, in short, a very surprising place to stay. It is an ideal holiday home for families with children, sporty guests and anyone who loves peace and nature. The beach is close by. By bike, through the dune area you are there within fifteen minutes and by car in five minutes. The location is ideal for all kinds of water sports such as swimming, diving and sailing, or just relax and sunbathe on the family beach, you can also spot seals on the sandbank in Renesse.

Renesse is a very pleasant village where you can stroll along the shops or enjoy a drink on a terrace. Schouwen-Duiveland and its nature are ideal for long cycling and walking tours, where the landscape constantly changes from dunes to forests to polder landscapes. You will certainly experience a fantastic beach holiday in Renesse.

However, if you simply change your mind or if there's bad weather, you will not receive any money back. The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. Costs You pay 5.5% of the total rental cost of your vacation plus €3.50 for the policy and 21% insurance tax. The premium must be paid immediately after booking your trip. Let us know within five days who will be accompanying you. If you forget to do this or do it too late, you may not be covered by the insurance. The house is really great. We were there for the 3rd time. The garden is beautiful and everything is very lovingly furnished. Merih and her husband are super nice and try to fulfill all wishes. I will always be a guest there again. I have also been to the Bed & Breakfast twice. Also fantastic.

Quiet location, yet close to everything. 5 to 10 minutes cycling on a quiet road to the centre, 5 minutes further and you are on the beach. Nice cottage with super nice big garden where the kids can romp around. Occasional visits from the cat, chickens or the funny mooching ducks that pass by....

Mooi huisje, schoon, leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt heel vrij, mooi uitzicht en niet ver van duinen, strand en het dorp. Aardige en hulpvaardige beheerder.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Wir waren zum 3. mal dort. Der Garten ist wunderschön und alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Merih und Ihr Mann sind super nett und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ich werde immer wieder dort zu Gast sein. Ich war auch schon 2 mal im Bed&Breakfast. Ebenfalls fantastisch.

Rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij alles. 5 a 10 minuten fietsen op een rustige weg naar centrum, 5 minuutjes verder en je bent op het strand. Leuk huisje met super mooie grote tuin waar de kinderen lekker kunnen ravotten. Af en toe bezoek van de poes, kippen of de grappige loopeenden die voorbij komen...
