Only two minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful, luxurious design holiday home with a large garden, veranda, and trampoline.
Villa IJsvogel (A front) is part of Villa Mastlo - a large, connected villa with space for up to 20 guests. Both holiday villas (IJsvogel and Hopper) are located on Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp. This road is only a few minutes from the dunes, and the North Sea beach is almost in the backyard. The villas together accommodate up to 20 guests but can also be used separately. Villa IJsvogel is located at the front of the villa and has enough space for 10 people.

Are you looking for a place where you can truly enjoy nature? And are you traveling with a large group? Then IJsvogel is the villa for you. The villa is close to all nature reserves, and the villa itself evokes a holiday feeling.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy seating area and a large dining table for 8 people, and a spacious living area with an open kitchen, equipped with all amenities.
All the ingredients for a great holiday are abundantly present! Villa IJsvogel is suitable for ten people and has separately access to eight beds, one sofa bed in the living room, and one camping cot. So there is a comfortable sleeping place for everyone.
Even in the garden, everything has been taken into account (artificial grass). The spacious garden is located on a quiet road, providing you with a lot of privacy. In addition, you have access to a cozy terrace with garden sets, and for the little ones, there is a large trampoline. You celebrate your holiday near the nature reserves of Ouddorp, and the villa is a fantastic base for cycling and hiking tours and a place to relax on the beach.
From the holiday villa, you can almost immediately walk the footpath to the dunes and the beach. Here you can relax, fly kites with your children, take a long beach walk, or enjoy a meal or drink at one of the many beach tents. Do you love unique nature reserves? Then a visit to the typical Ouddorp 'schurvelingen' is recommended. Also, the center of Ouddorp is nearby the holiday homes. In the beautiful, historical center, you can enjoy all the beauty that Ouddorp offers, shop in one of the charming boutiques, and you can also go there for your daily groceries.
Parking
It is possible to park your car at the holiday villas. Each villa has two private parking spaces. If you have booked both houses, you can use up to 4 parking spaces. If you come with more cars, you can park them along the Oud Nieuwlandseweg. The parking lot is equipped with one charging point from the brand NewMotion. Here you can charge your electric car for a fee with a charging card. You may need to share the charging point with tenants from the other house. Please do not park your car in the access road to avoid blocking emergency services (you risk a fine).
Jacuzzi
Villa Mastlo Ouddorp currently has two spas, one per garden (additional costs for use). If you have booked Villa A+B combined, the spa will be filled in the garden of Villa B for an additional fee. The villa is located between other houses, so it is not allowed to play music in the garden or cause other noise disturbances.
BBQ
Villa Mastlo Ouddorp has one concrete barbecue with a metal grill per garden. You can use it free of charge. You need to purchase charcoal yourself. We ask you to be very careful with open fire. After use, please leave the barbecue clean.
