Laying at the edge of a small olive grove and in a superb sunny position, the villa boasts a private enclosed garden with lots of fruit trees and flowers, two covered furnished terraces for eating and relaxing outdoors, a barbecue and an inviting swimming pool (8x8 depth 1'40) available from April to October for guests' exclusive use.
Susino Rosso is a characteristic former stone barn extending over two floors, tastefully decorated and furnished in typical Tuscan country style and provided with all modern comforts such as Wi-Fi access, Sat TV, dishwasher & washing machine, mosquito nets, etc.
As an extra bonus there is a magnificent relaxing area set in the adjacent olive grove, with a charming wooden hut housing a Jacuzzi with shower and a furnished wood deck terrace with pleasant view over the countryside. The Jacuzzi is available upon request and at extra cost from October to May.

Leider war die Anreise schon erschwert.
Mann konnte das Haus / die Adresse nicht ins Navigationssystem eingeben und finden.
Mann sollte wissen, dass der Weg zum Haus fast ausschließlich mit einem Geländewagen oder SUV erreichbar ist. Keine richtige Straße ! Nur eine steinige Straße mit Löchern !!!
Hier muss dringend etwas gemacht werden!
Wir waren mit Hund an diesem schön gelegenden Haus jedoch mussten wir feststellen, dass die Besitzer auch 2 Hunde haben und auf dem Nebengebäude ( kann ebenfalls gemietet werden) mehrere Katzen leben was leider für unseren Hund nicht angenehm war. Das Haus war sauber und schön.
Wir mussten leider knapp 5 Tage warten bis endlich ein Techniker kam der das TV reparierte. Der Pool war schön jedoch muss auch hier etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden um ein wenig mehr Standart herzustellen. Terrasse um den Pool muss erneuert werden da das Holz teilweise lose ist somit auch eine Stolpergefahr ist.
Die Gegend war sehr schön und bis zur nächsten Stadt mit Bäcker usw. Ist es nicht weit.(Auto 10 min)
Wir würden mit Hund nicht nochmal anreisen da wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt haben.
Haus sollte alleinstehend ohne Nachbarn Katzen usw. sein.

Bei der Zufahrtsstraße handelt es sich um eine normale schmutzige Straße, die in der Toskana sehr verbreitet ist und zu Beginn der Saison gewartet wird. Wir haben im letzten und auch in diesem Jahr keine Beschwerden über die Praktikabilität erhalten.
Was die Außenbereiche betrifft, teilen wir Ihnen gerne mit, dass diese selbstverständlich gepflegt werden, wenn eine Wartung erforderlich ist.Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie das Gefühl haben, dass es nicht das richtige Haus für Sie war.
