Laying at the edge of a small olive grove and in a superb sunny position, the villa boasts a private enclosed garden with lots of fruit trees and flowers, two covered furnished terraces for eating and relaxing outdoors, a barbecue and an inviting swimming pool (8x8 depth 1'40) available from April to October for guests' exclusive use.
Susino Rosso is a characteristic former stone barn extending over two floors, tastefully decorated and furnished in typical Tuscan country style and provided with all modern comforts such as Wi-Fi access, Sat TV, dishwasher & washing machine, mosquito nets, etc.
As an extra bonus there is a magnificent relaxing area set in the adjacent olive grove, with a charming wooden hut housing a Jacuzzi with shower and a furnished wood deck terrace with pleasant view over the countryside. The Jacuzzi is available upon request and at extra cost from October to May.

Unfortunately, the journey was already difficult.
It was not possible to enter and find the house / address in the navigation system.
It should be known that the way to the house is almost exclusively accessible with a 4x4 vehicle or SUV. No proper road! Just a rocky road with holes!!!
Something urgently needs to be done here! We stayed at this beautifully located house with our dog, but we found out that the owners also have 2 dogs, and several cats live in the adjacent building (which can also be rented), unfortunately not very pleasant for our dog. The house was clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to wait for almost 5 days until a technician finally came to repair the TV. The pool was nice, but some investment is needed to enhance the standard. The terrace around the pool needs to be renovated because the wood is partially loose, posing a tripping hazard.
The area was very nice, and the next town with a bakery, etc. is not far away (10 minutes by car).
We would not visit again with a dog as we had imagined something different.
The house should be detached without neighbors, cats, etc.

Bei der Zufahrtsstraße handelt es sich um eine normale schmutzige Straße, die in der Toskana sehr verbreitet ist und zu Beginn der Saison gewartet wird. Wir haben im letzten und auch in diesem Jahr keine Beschwerden über die Praktikabilität erhalten.
Was die Außenbereiche betrifft, teilen wir Ihnen gerne mit, dass diese selbstverständlich gepflegt werden, wenn eine Wartung erforderlich ist.Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie das Gefühl haben, dass es nicht das richtige Haus für Sie war.
