Villa Cavalli, a villa with a private pool in the Vallefoglia region, in The Marches, a few kilometers from the beaches of Pesaro and the treasures of Urbino. An ideal location for sightseeing and enjoying the beauties of the region; from the Adriatic coast to the hills of Le Marche, passing through historic towns. A property with a large park and centuries-old olive trees, and a veranda with a barbecue area for outdoor dining. During your stay at the villa, you will be able to admire the owner's horses, his great passion, which is also reflected as a theme in the furniture. The pool is saltwater.
The villa is built on two floors; on the ground floor, there is a shower room, a living room with large windows and a TV area, a kitchen, a shower room, and a laundry room. On the same level, there is another living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom (with joinable beds upon request) with an en suite shower room, and a bedroom with two beds. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor with a study area, two double bedrooms, and two shower rooms. Access to the covered terrace from the study area and one of the double bedrooms.

The town of of Vallefoglia is located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in Le Marche region. The territory is characterized by typical productions including oil, wine and cheese. Moreover, it boasts a strategic position being at the center of the best attractions of the area where many events take place throughout the year. To name a few, it is possible to reach Pesaro, the seat of the Rossini Opera Festival and a well-known seaside resort; Urbino, the center of the Italian Renaissance as well as a UNESCO heritage site and Fano, famous for one of the oldest carnivals in Italy. The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties: - 25% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within 45 days before the start of the stay; - 60% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 44th and 30th day before the start of the stay; - 80% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 29th and 15th day before the start of the stay; - 100% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within the 14 days preceding the start of the stay. In addition to the penalties mentioned above, the cancellation of a reservation, whenever communicated, always entails the payment of a penalty, and without any right to reimbursement, of the amounts paid at the time of booking for ancillary services (administrative fees, commissions, other additional charges, etc.).
