"This house was once a simple working-class house, the foundations of which date back to the 1800s. The authentic features such as 2 fireplaces (1 of which in current modern use), the typical division between the front and back room, and the traditional, high beamed ceilings remind us a bit of that time, which is all the more reason for us to make these features stand out again and to restore them where possible ... After a few major renovation work, we can offer you this wonderful and practical house for a weekend, midweek or longer holiday. From the holiday home you are 15 minutes by car to the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands, the most idyllic and historic towns of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, and you will pre-eminently see the strong Flemish- Experience Burgundian influence when you visit one of the historic gems such as the villages Aardenburg, Sluis, IJzendijke, Schoondijke, Breskens aan zee and Groede . A small selection of more than notable villages in western Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. You can also visit some major Burgundian cities in Flanders (Belgium) such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp, all reachable within one hour by car! For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, there are more than numerous routes to follow through the beautiful Zeelandic Flemish landscape, the beautiful creeks, lakes and nature reserves such as “de Braakman” are 10 minutes away by bike, and you can even spot seals 7 minutes by car from here. the village of Hoofdplaat. There is so much beauty to experience in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen that it is actually too much to mention.
"The cottage offers more than enough space for 2 adults and a baby. It is furnished in a nice and practical way, and equipped with all contemporary luxury and comfort. You will absolutely love the cozy front room with a romantic insert gas fireplace if you want to relax comfortably after a wonderful, long holiday. Of course you will also find a modern television, an audio set and internet option with free wifi.
In the back room you will find the cozy dining table where you can fold out the game board in the evening! Board games are indispensable for many during vacation and are therefore widely available.
Up the stairs you will find the spacious and airy bedroom which provides one double bed (160x200), a wardrobe with both laying and hanging comfort and a sitting area.
The bathroom has a wall-hung toilet, luxury bathroom furniture and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is modern with a large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, oven and dishwasher. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and electrical equipment that one would expect in a contemporary kitchen.
From the kitchen you can enter the pleasantly furnished patio to catch the afternoon sun in the summer from the existing garden furniture, and to light the barbecue if necessary. To eventually arrive at the storage room where you can store the bicycles and also use a washing machine.

Die beiden Vermieterinnen sind sehr freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Man kann von der Ferienwohnung schnell zum Strand, aber auch in die Stadt :D

Very lovingly furnished and well-maintained holiday apartment. Everything worked wonderfully, communication was great, hostess very accommodating and nice. Everything you need is available, new and sparkling clean. You feel very comfortable from the first moment!

It was a wonderful, great holiday home with top facilities. We were greeted very warmly. The house had everything you need. Very tastefully furnished. There was an information folder, which was a great idea and helps every tenant find their way around.
