Description
This comfortably furnished and quiet apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building "Terrasflat", directly on the beach.
The complex is located directly by the sea and beach, 300 m from the centre and 100 m from the dunes. With a large terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and the hiking trail.
No nuisance from car traffic and wonderfully quiet.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family with 2 children. The semi-open kitchen is located next to the spacious living room.
Under the building you have access to an XXL garage with enough space for your car and all the bicycles you bring with you. Here you will also find a small beach equipment, which you can use freely. From the garage you can enter your apartment.
The building has an elevator. Please note that the elevator stops between floors. So you always have to go up or down a few steps to get to the apartment.
The indicated prices are based on the stay of 2 guests. For a stay of more than 2 persons, an extra charge per person per night will be made. Children from 0 to 4 years travel free of charge, pets are not allowed.

Wir waren zum 2. und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Es war wieder traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung ist ganz toll, für 2 Personen sehr großzügig und lichtdurchflutet. Der Panoramablick ist unschlagbar! Danke auch an Egmond Rentals für die super unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Da wir die Ferienwohnung bereits kannten, entsprach der Aufenthalt unseren Vorstellungen. Gerne hätten wir für das nächste Jahr 2024 erneut 3 Wochen im August gebucht, leider stand die Ferienwohnung für den genannten Zeitumfang nicht zur Verfügung.

Der Ausblick war fantastisch, Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut und es ist toll, dass man in der Küche noch etwas erhöht sitzt für einen noch besseren Meerblick, die Garage bietet auch ausreichend Platz.

Die Lage mit dem Ausblick auf die Nordsee war top! Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum von Egmond und den Dünen war sehr gut.

Es war alles super. Tolle Lage und Aussicht. Saubere und große Unterkunft. Ganz toll war bei Ankunft die Flasche Wein.
