The sunny sanctuary by the pool with stone terrace and playroom Villa Lanterna is the place to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The villa is perfectly located in the centre of Malinska, far enough away to hide from the crowds of summer, but still very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, bakery, café, ATM machines, casino and night clubs. Beautiful beaches are only 300 m from the villa.
The brand new and very tastefully decorated Villa Lanterna is fully equipped, air-conditioned and ideal for a family or a group of friends. This exclusive beauty on three floors with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 people. Inside the villa you will find a large common room with kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: large fridge, oven, induction cooker, extractor hood, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the cutlery and cooking utensils. In this open space you will find a large dining table and a beautifully furnished living room with a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. WLAN is available throughout the house.
On the first floor of the house four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await you. All four are equipped with high quality furniture, flat screen televisions, air conditioning and a work area prepared in case you need to keep in touch with your work. All bedrooms are prepared for you with bed linen and towels. All four bathrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin, toilets and hair dryer.
The special feature of this house is the lounge, which is perfect for keeping the little ones busy when adults want downtime. When the adults are ready to play, there is a pool table, table football and darts.
From the living area you have access to the outdoor terrace with table and pool area with deck chairs. At the large pool you will also find small children's pools, which is very useful if you have small children. Outside the house, when fully fenced, there is plenty of space to find your perfect spot. The villa also has a large parking area, which is fenced with an electric gate.
