The holiday home is located in Untergöhren, in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Lake Fleesensee is about 100 m from the property
The towns of Malchow, Röbel, Waren, Plau am See can be reached quickly, and the Baltic Sea is about an hour away. The Fleesensee offers the following possibilities for leisure activities, swimming, fishing, walks, bicycle and canoe rental as well as a surfing school.
The village of Untergöhren used to be a small fishing village and still has few inhabitants, many holiday homes and is a recognised recreation area. There are 3 restaurants, a snack bar and a beach bar in the village. It is very quiet and has no through traffic.
The village of Göhren Lebbin is 2 km away and offers extensive wellness facilities in the Spa World, which makes a trip to Untergöhren attractive even in the cold season
As the landlady, I live on the upper floor of the holiday home and am always available. My guests have always been satisfied because the price/performance ratio is right. The holiday home can be rented all year round and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

We were completely satisfied. Price and performance were great. We could even use two terraces !!!! Accommodation as described. Mrs Kluht is a very nice hostess. The area is simply fantastic. We will come again.

Es war nicht so, wie es veschrieben war!
Es gibt kein W-LAN, für Rollstuhlfahrer ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet. Die Räume sind sehr verschachtelt, die Türen eng. Eine Sauna wurde uns nicht gezeigt und haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Viele Küchentürgriffe sind locker. Die Halterung des Badezimmerspiegels ist defekt. Das Bett ist ein Ausziehbett. Man hat nur wenig Platz.
Ich kann diese Wohnung echt nicht empfehlen.

Beautiful holiday flat, as seen in the pictures. Yes, perhaps not quite so suitable for people with impairments. Wifi difficult, but this is a matter for the providers, not the landlord.
Where there is no cable, there is no connection. Mrs Kluth is a very nice hostess. She is always there for her guests. We will come again in 2021. Sure, it's not a 5-star accommodation, but it's absolutely adequate for the price. If you want that, you should check into the golf resort a few hundred metres away.

schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Ferienwohnung, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ja, für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen vielleicht nicht ganz so geeignet. W-Lan schwierig, ist aber Sache der Anbieter, nicht des Vermieters.
Wo kein Kabel, da kein Anschluss. Frau Kluth ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer für ihre Gäste da. Wir werden auch 2021 wieder kommen. Klar, es ist keine 5 Sterne Unterkunft, aber dem Preis absolut angemessen. Wer das möchte, sollte ein paar hundert Meter weiter im Golf-Ressort einchecken.
