Description
Experience your holiday in a different way. As a houseboat captain, you decide where your journey takes you. Discover the beautiful Havelland with its many lakes and numerous small natural canals. Relax extensively with a barbecue, sunbathing on the roof terrace, swimming, fishing or in the evenings comfortably together on the sitting area. For once, really let your feet dangle, namely from the terrace directly into the water and thus leave all the stress of everyday life behind you. At numerous landing stages, you can visit day trips, take a rest or indulge in culinary delights. Or simply enjoy the peace and quiet at a beautiful reed edge or in a romantic bay and anchor there to enjoy your night's rest. The houseboat offers everything you need. In total there are 4 sleeping places (2 bunk beds, 1 double bed by converting the existing sitting area) on the houseboat. The steering position with driver's seat and radio (CD + USB connection) is located inside the cabin. However, due to generous and fully opening windows, the captain does not lose contact with the passengers. There is a sink with running water (80 litres of fresh water are on board), a gas cooker and a compressor-powered cool box on board. Various shelves and storage spaces are available. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet room equipped with a modern flush toilet with waste water tank as well as a washstand with mirror. If there is a shore connection, the 220V socket in the kitchen and WC can be used. Sufficient seating and berths are available on the seating furniture of the 9m² bow terrace, on the sun loungers of the 12m² roof terrace with railing as well as on the two seat boxes on the stern terrace. A bathing ladder is fitted for getting in and out when bathing. Dishes, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery can be found in the interior. For your safety, life jackets, anchors, poles, fenders, lines, boat hooks, a life ring and a paddle are provided. The houseboat is 7m long and 3m wide. The 15 hp Suzuki outboard motor can be driven without a licence.

The home port of our houseboat is in a very quiet location directly on a tributary of the old Havel. The holiday resort of Ketzin/Havel is located directly between Potsdam and Brandenburg. Surrounded by protected natural landscapes as well as ample lakes and marshlands, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The neighbouring cities of Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment opportunities, which can also be easily reached by houseboat.

Toller Kurztrip
Schnelle unkomplizierte Buchung. Für Hausboot-Neulinge gab es eine kurze Fahrstunde die wirklich zu empfehlen ist, wenn man so gar keine Ahnung hat :) Wir hatten uns die Route bis Brandenburg ausgesucht. Sehr entspannt. Am Abend haben wir den Grill genutzt um den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Wir waren zu 3. und hatten genug Platz an Bord. Alles war vorhanden. Wir können dieses kleine gemütliche Hausboot nur weiterempfehlen.

Super beautiful experience
We rented a houseboat for the first time. The Fluss Perle is a super well-maintained and beautifully furnished boat. Surprisingly, everything we needed was available. We had a lot of respect, especially for boating. We received a really extensive briefing, including guided driving training. With each meter we drove, we became more confident. In the end, we were able to dock the boat almost perfectly. Overall, a great experience. Falling asleep and waking up in nature, yet having all the luxury of a whole household with you. Being on the water really is a different kind of relaxation, we enjoyed everything. And we will definitely do it again.
