Enjoy your stay in Gronau in our exclusive city apartment, which offers you a stylish ambience and upscale amenities. Our flats are barrier-free and therefore suitable for all guests.
From here you can easily reach the city centre and the city park on foot. The train station and the Rock'n'Pop Museum are also only a few minutes away.
All our flats are accessible by lift. Charge your electric car at our free wallbox. In every flat you will find a smart TV and WLAN to keep you entertained and informed. We have provided a lockable bicycle shelter for your bicycles.
In each flat you can use your own fully equipped kitchenette. Equipped with dishwasher, cooking ceramic hob, oven, coffee pad machine and fridge (without freezer compartment). If you prefer to eat out, you will find many restaurants in the city centre, which is only a minute's walk away.

You are directly in the "city" and can easily reach the Rock`n Pop Museum, hospital, city park, train station, shopping facilities, weekly market on foot. The Dutch border is just a few minutes' drive away, as is the "Dreiländersee" nature recreation area.
Gronau is a town in the west of North Rhine-Westphalia directly on the Dutch border with Enschede, which has made a name for itself as a music town.
It is the birthplace of rock star Udo Lindenberg and is home to the rock'n'pop museum, which shows the history of popular music. Gronau is also known for its jazz festival, which takes place every spring and presents international stars and various styles. But Gronau is also a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers.
The green Aue round tour leads through several protected areas along the Dinkel and offers beautiful views of the landscape.

Along the Dinkel, across the border into the Netherlands or Lower Saxony: Gronau is the perfect starting point for a cycle tour in the border triangle.
Our beautiful free animal park in Gronau is located in the middle of our public city park. This animal park was already established in Gronau around 70 years ago.
Lake Dreiländer recreation area
3 countries and 1000 possibilities: Embedded in the beautiful park landscape of Münsterland, the local recreation area Dreiländersee offers a generously planned bathing and leisure area for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts as well as for families.
Past biotopes and bird sanctuaries, a 4km-long circular hiking trail leads directly along the shore. From many a park bench you can let your gaze wander over the water. On sunny days, there is almost a Mediterranean flair about the bathing and landscape lake. Sailors and surfers glide silently over the water.
Gronau and the district of Epe offer a fascinating park landscape for extended, cross-border cycling tours. There are also numerous offers for fitness and wellness, lots of imaginative playgrounds for children and cultural highlights such as the rock'n'pop museum and the legendary jazz festival.

Hey, we are Anja and Björn Niehoff and come from the beautiful music town of Gronau in Münsterland. We love cycling and are very close to nature. We also love to travel and are both music fans. We appreciate the diversity that our hometown and the Münsterland offer. Professionally, Anja brings a lot of experience in the field of room rental, as her parents have been running a family hotel in Gronau for over 30 years, in which she has been actively involved. Björn is a draughtsman and works for his father, who is a successful architect in Gronau. In 2011 we bought an old house from the 60s at "Alten Postweg 3" and completely gutted and renovated it. We converted it into a modern studio and 2-room flat house, which has been rented out since April 2012, under the name "City Apparte ONE". Demand is growing steadily, so we took the opportunity to plan and build another house ourselves.
