About three kilometers from the beach and sea you will find this simple but rural 12 person group accommodation. The holiday home is situated next to a farm and horse stable, so it is also possible to take your horse with you on holiday. This group accommodation is centrally located between the villages Middelburg, Vlissingen, and Koudekerke on the island of Walcheren in Zeeland. The beautiful surroundings full of pristine beaches are perfect as a holiday destination where you can make beautiful cycling and walking trips.

The group accommodation has a spacious living room with a fireplace, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, freezer and refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a separate toilet. Furthermore, this group accommodation has central heating, a washing machine, wifi, and a cot. Outside you have a large fenced garden with a terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, and trampoline. There is also a separate heated room with a table tennis table.

This group accommodation is located on the beautiful Zeeland island of Walcheren, which is known for its special nature and clean beaches. In this area are many cycling routes, picturesque villages, cozy restaurants and besides the many water sports activities there are also plenty of indoor opportunities. The accommodation is close to a farm and horse stable, so there is also the possibility to bring a horse. In the vicinity are also several museums about the delta works and the flood.

Great location! In terms of price and quality, it was great; you don't pay too much and you get a nice house with a shed and garden in return. The nice thing is that it's a detached house, so you don't disturb the surroundings.
There are plenty of activities you can do in the area, such as going to the beach, playing footgolf, and going out in Middelburg.
We walked to Middelburg, which took 30 minutes. On weekends, there are also plenty of taxis to take you home!

Very pleasant host and holiday home. We enjoyed it very much with the whole family. The children loved the tour of the stables. Beautiful surroundings. Cottage fully meets expectations.
