Büchenbach is a small idyllic village situated in the Franconian Switzerland. At about 330 inhabitants knows, so to speak, yet everyone else! The village sits at the foot of the mountain "Little Kulm", which marks the highest point with 624 meters in the Franconian Switzerland. We have three home-style pubs, where there is still hearty meal times, and it is to drink a dark beer.

In 2006, we built a traditional wood-fired oven and have been baking real wood-fired bread at regular intervals ever since. You are welcome to look over our shoulders while we bake.
Our sheep live all year round in an open stable with access to the pasture. We currently have two breeds.
Cobuger Fuchs/Meriono cross and Dorper sheep.
