Description
An old farmhouse in the southern part of Limburg, for up to 60 guests. Located in the center of the small church village of Ransdaal. This accommodation is nestled in the hills of southern Limburg and has its own wooded patio. Train station Klimmen-Ransdaal is within walking distance.

The accommodation has a spacious living room with separate seating area with open fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. There are 19 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms for disabled persons with adapted sanitary facilities. There is a playing field, a volleyball field, and a room with table tennis and foosball table for those rainy days. The large and shaded patio has a petanque court. The owner can arrange for you to bake your own pizza in the bakery.
There are numerous walking and cycling trails in the area. Cities like Valkenburg, Maastricht and Heerlen are easily reached by train. Aken and Luik are just a stone's throw away.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location, right in the hilly countryside. We went there with our brass band and it was amazing to be able to be here, in one word. No luxury, but that is not the most important thing in such a weekend. Our goal was to go away together with a large group in one location, and that was definitely achieved in this accommodation.

We were in the house for 3 days with 50 high school kids. For classes, it is ideal: clean, lots of rooms, lots of outdoor space, lots of chill space, beautiful surroundings, cycling distance from Valkenburg and no hassle with other guests and neighbours. Baking your own pizza in the outdoor oven with help from the landlord is definitely recommended.
