Description
The Auszeit holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor, in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance to Karlshagen beach. We have been renting out the flat since May 2020 after extensive renovation work and complete refurbishment. The high-quality furnishings were selected by us over a long period of time and furnished in a style appropriate to the coastal region.
Our holiday flat is approx. 55 m² in size and, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and a feel-good bathroom, has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. All rooms are tiled and can of course be heated via underfloor heating. The wonderful south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of nature invites you to linger and sunbathe.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach and the cultural centre of Karlshagen are only 300m away. Everything important and necessary is within walking distance: Restaurants, supermarket, post office, hairdresser, shops, doctors' surgeries and pharmacy, etc. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away. Bicycle and beach chair rental are also on site. The north of the island convinces with a lot of "green" and yet with a large offer for all days but also for the time. The marina with various possibilities of boat trips is approx. 3 km away.

Cancellation terms:
- Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor dem Mietbeginn, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, der in den Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen eintritt, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten (ausschließlich der Reinigung) zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist: Kündigung -bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises -bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises -bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises -bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises -ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
