A good choice.

Very cosy house
We stayed there for 1 week in August. We liked it very much and felt right at home. The house and the entire complex are well maintained. The pool was the highlight for our children. They were always in it, just like us adults, to cool down. It was very warm in the house due to the current heat wave. Maybe we could think about installing air conditioning in the future, then it would be fresher in the house.
Everything was very nice and we would like to stay in the house again during our next stay in Spain

Beautiful, relaxed, harmonious
We spent a very nice 2.5 weeks in the holiday home Los Profesores 2. The house is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The children (and we) really liked the communal pool.) The settlement makes a very well-kept impression overall. The garden of the house is very beautiful. The landlord of the house was exemplary in contact - thank you very much!

Relaxing days in a nice cottage
The grounds are very well maintained, there is a wonderful pool that is very clean and where you can spend your time completely undisturbed. The house itself is cosy and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is particularly nice and has been freshly renovated. Beds and bed linen were also new. The garden surrounding the house is a dream and here you can also let your soul dangle. We spent wonderful days in this nice little house.

Anytime again
We stayed in the house from August to September, and this was the second time. We like to come to the house every year because we feel very comfortable. The mixture of old and new makes this house unique. The bathroom has been superbly renovated and is now a little oasis of well-being! Perhaps the door handles could be renewed, as they are a bit outdated. For all of us, the garden is what makes up the Mediterranean flair. We are already looking forward to returning to our second home next year! And then our children will again jump into the well-maintained pool with a "butt-bomb ". Thank you also for the wonderful paella recipe, since then my wife cooks them herself!!! In conclusion, we can only say: We have fallen in love with this cottage!!!

Alt und in die Jahre gekommen
- Bad schön und neu, außer die beiden Türen ( sind alt und aufgebraucht ), schöne Dusche, leider nur mit einem billigen Vorhand statt Glas.
- Küche sehr alt und gammelig und auch arg zusammengewürfelt, sehr einfach, wenn nicht primitiv, uralte Fliesen, sehr unatraktiv, teilweise gerissen und defekt, Fugen total verdreckt. Besteck sehr eklig angelaufen, uralt, wahrscheinlich Überbleibsel der letzten 5 Erbschaften
- Gäste WC neue Fliesen nur an 2 halben Wänden, ansonsten uralte Fliesen, die die schönste Zeit seit 20 Jahren hinter sich haben, teilweise gerissen und defekt, Fugen total verdreckt.
- Fliesen im Kellergeschoß ( Schlafräume und Flur ) uralte und häßlich Kunststeinplatten.
- Marmorboden im Erdgeschoß ( Wohnzimmer, Küche, Gäste WC ) abgenutzt und stumpf ( entweder teuer aufpolieren, oder neue zeitgemäße Bodenfliesen darüber verlegen.
- Alle Türen sehr einfach und uralt und auch abgewohnt.
- Alle Möbel, incl. Lampen total verschliessen und veraltet.
- Garten ungepflegt und verwildert.
- Das ganze Haus und auch die Schränke etc. ist mit Jahrzehnte altem Plunder völlig vollgestopft.
- Wer wenig Wert auf wenigstens ein kleines bischen Wohnkomfort legt und sich der Einfachheit und Vergangenheit verschrieben hat, ist hier genau richtig, er findet alles was er sucht.

Wer ein einfaches und gepflegtes Ferienhaus zum fairen Preis mietet und dann einen Neubau-Luxus mit Glasduschwand und poliertem Marmorboden erwartet, der wird bei uns entäuscht werden.

Familiar comfort in a Mediterranean setting
We spent a wonderfully relaxing and successful vacation here. The house gives the impression of a familiar coziness. We found the bathroom and kitchen in a clean and well-maintained condition, and the bedrooms downstairs were also clean and tidy. The dining and living area on the first floor is tastefully furnished. From here you can go out onto the spacious balcony with a view of the wide coastal landscape and the sea.
For colder and rainy days, like the ones we experienced (in May), we found a mobile gas stove to be very useful.
We also found it very pleasant that there is an additional toilet on the first floor.
The beautiful, well-kept garden, overgrown with lush Mediterranean flora, fascinated me from the beginning. Here, I spent hours reading or relaxing under shade-giving palm trees, olive trees, and other tall blooming perennials.
By car, you can quickly reach the nearby shopping center, the city, and the beaches. Also worthwhile are trips into the mountainous hinterland and along the coast.

Ferien mit Kindern
Wenn man nicht unbedingt Luxus braucht das ist das Ferienhaus genau das richtige,man hat alles was man braucht. Nette Nachbarn,schöner sauberer Pool und zu 85% nur Spanier damit man sich wirklich im Urlaub fühlt ohne Deutsche zu hören.Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und der Strand gepflegt,ich würde aber nicht ohne Auto dort sein wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen auch in dem Ferienhaus.

Süßes Haus für entspannten Urlaub
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und dort einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, das Schlafzimmer war frisch renoviert. Der Garten ist einfach herrlich, und bietet verschiedene gemütliche Plätze zum Lesen und Ausruhen. Beim Frühstücken auf dem Balkon sieht man das Meer. Die kleine Anlage, in der das Haus liegt, ist sehr ruhig, dazu gehört auch ein Pool, der einen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat, zum Baden aber noch zu kalt war. Die Infrastruktur ist ausgezeichnet, mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Peniscola, mit Supermärkten, Apotheken, etc.
Rundum ein schönes Plätzchen, wir kommen wieder.

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus...
... eingebettet in eine nette kleine Ansiedlung, mit schönem Garten und Pool, guter Aufteilung und toller Dachterasse. Leider wurde das Haus seit seiner Erbauung (1973) nicht modernisiert. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, aber in abgewohntem Zustand. Betten und Bettzeug waren grenzwertig, die Sauberkeit ließ Wünsche offen. Die Zufahrtstraße nach Peniscola liegt in Hörweite, der Schlaf war ungestört, der Aufenthalt am Pool aber immer gräuschvoll.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Interessante Gegend mit schönen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Stränden. Da dort vorwiegend Spanier Urlaub machen, kann man wirklich Land und Leute kennen lernen.
free time activities: Wir haben uns aufs Baden und Besichtigungen (Valencia, Morella, Ebro-Delta)konzentriert, daher keine weiteren Angaben möglich.
shopping facilities: Die Versorgung mit Supermärkten ist sehr gut, man ist aber immer aufs Auto angewiesen.
