Holiday home with private boat mooring
4 * holiday home in the harbour village of Rheinsberg, on the Rheinsberg Lake with its own free boat mooring directly on its own terrace. Ideal for families and couples who enjoy boating, cycling, fishing, exploring nature or cultural activities
Our holiday home is a cosy and modern furnished semi-detached house on the "S-island" in the harbour village of Rheinsberg and offers space for up to 6 people.
The location:
The house is the last semi-detached house on the left side of the "Große Hafengasse" with the house number "S 16"- the left half of the house. The type designation is: "F or also Kajüte". The house is equipped with WLan.
This is how you live:
The living space extends over two floors and is approx. 80m². The ground floor is tiled and the upper floor (bedrooms) has designer flooring. The underfloor heating on both floors provides a pleasant warmth during the winter months.
On the ground floor is the large living/dining area with access to the south-west facing terrace. The terrace offers enough space to either make yourself comfortable on the existing deck chairs and/or to let your gaze wander over the harbour village with a cup of coffee in the existing garden furniture. For sun protection, you can either extend the awning attached to the house or the additional sunshades
The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed (approx. 1.40 m wide) with cuddly cushions and blanket, two armchairs and a small table. A modern TV with cable connection and a DVD player (bring your own DVD's if you wish!) and a stereo system offer good entertainment possibilities.
The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth, especially in the winter months, and the blaze of the flames does not only captivate children
The dining area, in the bay window of the basement, is particularly bright and friendly and is well enough for 6 people. There is also a high chair for children. The open kitchenette offers a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a sink and a dishwasher, a 4-plate cooker with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a waffle iron, an electric juice extractor and a kettle.
There are also various important small items, such as dishwasher detergent and dishwasher tabs, coffee and tea filter bags and various spices. A kitchen trolley offers sufficient storage space for your own supplies. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe in which, among other things, an ironing board and iron, as well as the hoover are stored
In addition, there is a guest toilet on the lower floor. A wooden staircase leads from the living area to the first floor.
Here you will find two separate, similarly equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed. The rooms are well suited either for two couples or for a family with two children. There is enough space in both rooms and a baby cot can be added if needed.
There is a small balcony in front of bedroom 1. From here, the view can glide over the harbour basin in the direction of the lighthouse from chairs and a table that are also available. A wardrobe and a shelf offer enough possibilities to store your own wardrobe. Furthermore, a valet and a chair offer the possibility to put down clothes.
A stereo system with radio and CD function can be conveniently switched from the bed with a remote control
The second bedroom with a view of the "Große Hafengasse" is also equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a valet and a small chest of drawers. Here, too, a stereo system with remote control is part of the equipment. You can either play your own CD's (for children) or your own. In-house children's toys are available in this room and are welcome to be used
The bathroom, which is equipped with two windows, offers you a washbasin and another toilet, a cosy bathtub and a separate shower with shower cubicle. In two small sideboards there is enough space to store washing utensils and towels. In addition to the normal mirror above the washbasin, there is a vanity mirror and a hairdryer is also part of the equipment.
The washer-dryer combination in the bathroom is especially useful for longer stays and when children are present and can be used by our guests. House includes hoover, mop bucket, clothes horse with clips, as well as various smaller garden tools (in the storage room) and a step ladder (often needed for loading and unloading roof racks).
One window in each room is equipped with fly/insect screens.

Hafendorf Rheinsberg:
The "Hafendorf Rheinsberg" or also called "Marinapark Rheinsberg" is located directly at the Rheinsberg Lake in the north of the city of Rheinsberg
The charming and unique silhouette of the Hafendorf Rheinsberg was created by building holiday homes in the Scandinavian half-timbered style and creating a new artificial harbour basin. Small bridges connect the individual islands with the shore development, the guest harbour and the bathing beach. The symbol of the harbour village - the inland lighthouse - is unique and meanwhile well-known beyond the region. The "Hafendorf Rheinsberg" or also called "Marinapark Rheinsberg" is located in the north of the town of Rheinsberg, directly on the "Grienericksee", which is directly connected to the Rheinsberger See.
Rheinsberg, Pearl of the Mark Brandenburg
The town of Rheinsberg is located in the Mark Brandenburg region at the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The Rheinsberg chain of lakes is often called the "Pearl of the Mark Brandenburg" and is part of the "Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park". The Ruppiner Land begins at the gates of Berlin and stretches north to the "Mecklenburg Lake District", the region's most water-rich water network, with its extensive system of rivers, canals and lakes, is unique in Europe and makes it easy to travel by water from Berlin to Schwerin. The Rheinsberg waters are a federal waterway and the town of Rheinsberg is a state-recognised recreation area. The "German Avenue Road" and the "Clay Road" run through the town.
Accessibility
The A24 federal motorway and the B122 federal road are close enough to be easily accessible, but far enough away to escape the daily grind. It takes about 90 minutes to drive from the centre of Berlin and about 120 minutes from the Hamburg city limits. There is a rail connection from Berlin with the Prignitz Express and there are bus connections from Rheinsberg to the district town of Neuruppin, to Lindow, Flecken Zechlin and Fürstenberg.
Rheinsberg surroundings
The area around Rheinsberg has a lot of forest (especially pine forest) and countless lakes. The southern part is dominated by farmland where asparagus grows particularly well. As mentioned above, the Rheinsberg chain of lakes is known as the "Pearl of the Mark Brandenburg" and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region
This reputation is due on the one hand to the wonderful nature, which has been preserved through the careful treatment of the landscape and water, and on the other hand to the numerous different recreational opportunities. These range from numerous water sports, fishing to sailing and canoeing, to various cultural events and facilities.
Rheinsberg Castle
Rheinsberg Castle, with its park and various museums, attracts visitors time and again, as do the performances of the Chamber Opera and the concerts of the Music Academy. Excursions by bicycle or horseback rides are also very popular in this region.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super... Große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen , Sonnenschirmen und co !!!Das ist positiv. Im Haus war leider die Sauberkeit ein riesiges Problem . Dreck und Haare überall. Auf den Böden ,den Sesseln ,den Schränken ...Mülleimer nicht geleert, und ziemlich verdreckt....Betten mit unterschiedlichen Matratzenhöhen bei einem Doppelbett ,nicht gerade einladend. Kaffeekanne die ständig auslief. Alles in allem schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist Schade , denn nicht jeder Urlauber ist den ganzen Tag mit dem Boot unterwegs. Und bei schlechtem Wetter hält man sich doch mehr im Haus auf ...
