The holiday flat is located in the heart of Mecklenburg in 18246 Passin and is available again immediately.
Enjoy the tranquillity and natural idyll in the countryside not far from the Baltic Sea (approx. 30km) to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and stress. Where fox and hare say good night to each other.
The renovated half-timbered holiday flat (42m²) is located in a quiet apartment building on the ground floor and faces southwest. Small - but nice! It offers everything you need for your holiday, so that you can relax and recover.
The large room offers of course a sleeping possibility for 2 adults (180x200m) and an extra bed on the sofa bed (140x200m), radio, TV with DVD player, a game collection and a small desk for writing your holiday mail.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Of course there is enough crockery and cutlery. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with small electrical appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc.) for self-catering. For rustic, cosy evenings, a barbecue and our boat seating area are at your disposal.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC and shower as well as a washing machine and hairdryer. If required, we can provide you with a bed linen/towel package for €10.
On the cosy, covered terrace you can enjoy the evening sun rays and end the day.
You and your child(ren) are welcome to use the garden with playground equipment. A little swimming fun in our natural swimming pond (currently at 21°C water temperature) is guaranteed to put you in the beach mood. And if it should be fresh and uncomfortable, you can relax in the sauna (by arrangement).
On request, you can also purchase a 12-pack of fresh quail eggs directly from the farm for €3 for your breakfast.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the flat - non-smoking flat!
The 1-room apartment (terrace/ kitchen/ living room/ bathroom) is designed for a maximum of 3 adults.
The parking space is included.

beautiful farm with nice hosts
we had decided to stay in the flat at short notice, and in retrospect we could not understand Mrs K's negative evaluation. Everything was to our satisfaction. Nice children, great pond with terrace and beach chair. The Baltic Sea was also easy to reach

Totaler Reinfall
Um in Zeiten von Corona noch relativ kurzfristig eine Woche Urlaub in Küstennähe machen zu können,suchten wir im Internet und haben dieses Domizil gefunden.
Aufgrund der ansprechenden Beschreibung und der Fotos (leider nicht wirklich den Tatsachen entsprechend) entschieden wir uns für das angeblich so ruhige Naturidyll.
Bei Ankunft erwartete uns dann aber eine wenig einladende Baustelle, Holzstapel,diverses Baumaterial,eine dahin rostende Autokarosse und ein offenbar nur halb fertiges Haus.
Der „Naturschwimmteich“ war hinter meterhohen Unkraut kaum zu erkennen, das gesamte Grundstück mit herumliegenden Spielzeug übersäht nichts also das einläd zu entspannen oder Urlaubsfreude zu empfinden.
Unsere zwei kleinen Chihuahuas hätten das Grundstück ausschließlich an der Leine betreten dürfen aber aufgrund der Verletzungsgefahr überall,schied auch das aus.
Im Dorf selber konnte man leider auch nicht wirklich spazieren gehen ,da es in dem gesamten Dorf nur einen einzigen Fußweg (gesäumt von Grundstücken auf denen sich zig wild kläffende Hunde an Zäunen gebärden)
gibt,der auch nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit wie das gesamte Dorf völlig unbeleuchtet ist!
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft selber entsprach soweit der Beschreibung, leider funktionierte keine Heizung (bei 9Grad Außentemperatur im EG abends nicht wirklich angenehm) es war Fußkalt und ungemütlich.
Kondenswasser in Bad und Küche lief am Fenster runter und auf den Boden.
Die Küche enthielt was man so benötigt außer einer Schüssel zum Salat zu bereiten war fand man alles vor.
Ruhe oder Privatsphäre gab es auch nicht wirklich,da man nie unbeobachtet oder allein war,stattdessen laute Musik nach 22h und spielende Kinder auf dem gesamten Grundstück.
Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und dank des guten Wetters den Urlaub außerhalb dieser Unterkunft verbringen können und diese nur abends genutzt.
Eine Empfehlung können wir hier leider nicht geben denn Urlaub bedeutet Ruhe und ein ansprechendes Umfeld.

Family vacation
We had a great week with plenty of sunshine at the Höhnerbach family.
Our son felt at home right away and found a new friend :-).
We were able to relax as well.
During the day, we enjoyed the Baltic Sea from Kühlungsborn to Heiligendamm and Warnemünde, and in the evenings, we ended the day with a sauna and a fire.
The pond and the sauna are simply fantastic, our little one didn't want to get out of the water at all. Everything is super child-friendly.
That's why we booked again.
