You are looking forward to a relaxing holiday in our two fully equipped non-smoking holiday flats with upscale comfortable furnishings in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, furnished balcony and unobstructed distant and holiday flat is cosy: you save yourself the otherwise inevitable trip to the restaurant, because you can quickly cook something yourself in your holiday flat. This alternative is particularly suitable for holidays with small children.
The lovely furnishings and cosy warmth of our holiday flats may even make you forget that you are not actually at home.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept pets.

Klosterlangheim is a historical district of Lichtenfels. It goes back to the Cistercian monastery of Langheim, which was founded in 1132. The monastery buildings, damaged by fire in 1802, were partly demolished. The village belongs to the town of Lichtenfels. Klosterlangheim is about five kilometres from Lichtenfels. Lichtenfels lies geographically in the centre of one of Germany's most beautiful recreational areas, the gateway to the upper Main valley. Bad Staffelstein, the Adam Riese town, where Bavaria's warmest and strongest thermal saline baths with sauna facilities and spa gardens are located, is about 10 minutes by car from Klosterlangheim.
Klosterlangheim offers well-signposted hiking trails, for example to Vierzehnheiligen about one hour. The ideal starting point for day trips to the nearby historical surroundings, such as Banz Monastery, Staffelberg, Lichtenfels, Seßlach, Coburg, Kulmbach, Kronach, Sonneberg, Bayreuth and Bamberg

Have a great vacation in Klosterlangheim
We stayed the first 2 weeks of July 2023 in holiday apartment Moritz in Klosterlangheim and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The welcome was warm. Mrs. Huber is very helpful with providing information about the area. We did a lot of hiking, and the beautiful surroundings are perfect for that. For visiting nearby cities like Bamberg and Nuremberg, the train connection from Lichtenfels is good. The house is quietly located on the edge of an attractive village.

A home where you feel at home!
We spent two fantastic weeks together in holiday home Moritz. A very spacious house and equipped with all the comforts. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities to fill the days. The Huber family knows a lot about the area and is happy to help you find possible excursions. The hospitality is exceptional. Highly recommended for people who love peace and want to enjoy the beautiful and culturally rich surroundings. In one word: amazing.

Peace and nature in Upper Franconia
We think back to our holiday in Kosterlangheim with much pleasure. The very well equipped flat with large rooms, the nature with wonderful panoramas, the historical towns, and not to forget the many information tips from Karin and Peter, the very friendly hosts of "Moritz". For us it was a holiday not to forget. The house and the surroundings offer a good chance to come back.

Again with the Huber family
For the second time with the Huber family. It was very nice again. The flat as well as the surroundings are worth a trip. Staffelstein with its wonderful thermal baths and sauna is within easy reach. The Huber family is always available with tips. We will definitely come again.

Top equipped holiday apartment
The Hubers are very nice hosts. We had a very nice family vacation there. Regarding service and amenities of the vacation apartment, there are no wishes left unfulfilled.
Definitely recommended!
It is worth mentioning the variety of excellent country inns in Klosterlangheim itself as well as in the surrounding area. The lover of Franconian cuisine will be delighted.

Ruhig und erholsam
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist insgesamt bestens ausgestattet und auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch zahlreiche Informationen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung stehen zur Verfügung.

Wunderbare Ferien

Tolle Fewo!
Anfang März 2017 haben wir ein paar schöne Tage bei der Familie Huber in der Fewo "Moritz" in Klosterlangheim verlebt.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen haben. Gleichzeitig wurden wir mit vielen interessanten Ausflugstipps versorgt.
Die Fewo war bestens und mit hochwertigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, auch die ruhige Lage ist erwähnenswert. Es fehlte uns an nichts.

Lovely Apartment with charming hosts.
We loved the area, it surpassed our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, and the Huber's charming hosts. They provided a great deal of information about local attractions, some in English, which we appreciated. The area is very quiet, but nearby Lichtenfels provides all required services. We highly recommend apartment Moritz.
Wir haben die Gegend geliebt , es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen . Die Wohnung war makellos, und die charmanten Gastgeber des Huber . Sie lieferten eine Vielzahl von Informationen über lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten , zum Teil in englischer Sprache, die wir schätzen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber in der Nähe Lichten bietet alle erforderlichen Dienstleistungen. Wir empfehlen Wohnung Moritz hoch .
