The 3-star holiday flat with balcony in a convenient location in Waren (Müritz) for two adults and one child is quietly situated in a three-family house. The bedroom, the shower room with underfloor heating and the combined living and dining room lead off from the hallway. From the latter, you enter the covered balcony. So you can have breakfast there in any weather. In the bedroom, you will find a double bed and an additional couch as well as a 3-door wardrobe with a mirrored door.

Due to the favourable location, you can reach many tourist destinations within five minutes on foot: shopping facilities incl. bakery, the nearest restaurant, the nearest bathing area on the Müritz and the marina. The sports boat and yacht harbour - mooring for many sailing and motor boats - is the tourist centre of Waren (Müritz). You can start your steamboat trip across the Müritz from the sports boat and marina harbour or from the stone pier. A variety of restaurants, beer halls and cafés await you in the historic old town
You can rent a wide variety of boats in Waren an der Müritz. You will find several bicycle rental shops in the Historic Old Town. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest.
