The Holiday home

In the morning you wake up with a refreshing bath in the 7 x 4 meters large and 1.4 meters deep private pool (chlorine). Around the pool there is a sun terrace where our guests have four sunbeds and a parasol at their disposal. The soundscape is dominated solely by the song of the birds and the sheep that pass by from time to time. On the shady terrace you can have breakfast or barbecue in the open air in the evening. The finca is situated on a 1.500.000 m2 plot of land - so there is plenty of space to relax!

In the living area you relax on the sofa watching a film on satellite TV and enjoying the view of the countryside. The country house kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, toaster, kitchen utensils and a dining area with rustic benches. Here you can enjoy the view over the countryside while cooking and be inspired. Two bedrooms, each with 2 large single beds, are located on the 1st floor; also two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower and hairdryer. A washing machine, iron/ironing board and a set of baby cot and high chair are also available

The finca used to be part of an agricultural business, but is now closed down. Only the old, now empty stone houses are still witnesses of this time. The owner takes care of those of the pool and the sheep, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Location and surroundings of object

Romantic country idyll in a quiet location can be found on this typical finca. The surroundings are wonderful for cycling or long walks. The beaches of the south belong to the most beautiful of the island and many are partly untouched. Among them are Arenal de Sa Ràpita, Es Trenc and Ses Covetes. You can do your daily errands in the village of Campos, where there are also restaurants and shops. In summer, you can take a boat trip to the nature reserve La Cabrera. The boats leave from Colonia de Sant Jordi and also visit the famous Cova Blava, a deep blue cave where you can snorkel. A car is necessary to get to the finca, visit the capital Palma de Mallorca or explore the east coast, e.g. Portopetro, Cala S'Almunia and Cala Mondragó.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest over 16 years of age. (2.2 EUR per guest per night in high season and 0.55 EUR per guest per night in low season) From the 9th night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is debited from your Visa or MasterCard. Payment is made before arrival via a secure payment link. The payment of these charges is obligatory.

30% from the moment of booking until 35 days before arrival
100% from 34 days before arrival
