Description
Cosy holiday home for sole use on a private property of approx. 800 sqm. The car parking space is located on the property
From the spacious pool terrace the guests have a wonderful view of the adjacent mountain Montgo and at the same time a wonderful view of the sea, which is about 3 km and only 5-10 minutes by car from the house.
The private pool is very large (10 x 5 meters) and has a roman staircase.
Sun beds, a seating area with table and barbecue are available on the pool terrace
Upon entering the house you immediately enter the spacious and open-plan kitchen-dining and living room area. The living room has a SAT-TV. A WLAN connection is available and can be used for a small fee if required.
The open kitchen has a dishwasher. A washing machine and a dryer are also available and can be used if required.
In the house there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In one bathroom there is a shower; in the second bathroom there is a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning
The whole house is heated by gas heating and is therefore well suited for winter rental
In the town of Denia there are numerous shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, bakeries, butcher's shops in the market hall, which is open daily, where you can always get freshly caught fish and a huge assortment of fresh vegetables and fruit).
The evening life in Denia takes place in numerous bars and restaurants at the harbour as well as in the nice pubs along the promenade and in the old town.

Perfect vacation in a beautiful holiday home
Beautiful location, clean, good beds, nice contact with the landlady, smooth and simple handover on site, nice large pool, overall well-kept house and property, we will come back.
For seniors and people with limited mobility, it is somewhat difficult due to the steps leading down from the parking lot.

Fantastic!
In reality, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures!
At the top of the street, you can park your car behind a closed gate. The house is 2 steps lower, with a breathtaking view!
The living room is spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and there are insect screens on all the windows and shutters. The whole house is air-conditioned.
There is a washing machine in the shed, which we found very pleasant.
A fantastic large swimming pool, which was cleaned twice a week.
Beautiful lighting in the pool and around the house, very atmospheric.
There are sun loungers, a garden set, and a set under the porch that we used until late at night.
The town of Denia is 5 minutes away by car. The Masimas supermarket is also just a few minutes away.
We enjoyed it with a big G!

Eine wunderschöne Woche im Casa Aventura
Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und es mangelt an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect relaxing holiday
As it was the second time & certainly not the last time you can be sure we are very happy with this home.
Yes I call it a home instead of a house, because the moment we arrive it always feel like coming Home.
The house is very quiet situated but also close to a lot of animation in Denia centre. So you can choose as you like. It is between Valencia en Alicantes so you can also take daytrips.
There are Belgian & English books in the house. What i like very much. Everything is present to have a wonderful holiday!
Communication with owner is pleasant and fast. Great! We will come back next year!
