Welcome to the mountain village of Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz National Park!
You want to get together with your family or friends again - after a long time - and spend a nice weekend or holiday? Then this large, beautiful modern holiday home with a large garden is just the thing for you! Our large holiday home is to feel good on 260 square metres, distributed over 3 floors of a house built in 1910. It has been newly restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated. Whether it's a short holiday with the extended family, a school trip or a weekend getaway with lots of friends: there's plenty of space here!
Our holiday home has 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, attic). It has a total of 10 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms and 7 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (14 beds). Furthermore, it has 5 complete bathrooms as follows: 3 x shower bathrooms with WC, 2 x shower bathrooms without WC and 2 x guest WC.
The layout of our large holiday home is as follows:
Ground floor: Large chic living room, a large modern kitchen, large beautiful dining room with large dining table overlooking the garden and wonderful views - the 3 rooms are contiguous open plan. 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 x guest WC and a shower room without WC
1. Upstairs: 4 x bedrooms: 2 x bedrooms with double bed and 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Furthermore: 1 guest WC, 1 x shower room with WC, 1 x shower room without WC
Top floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 x bedroom with a double bed and 2 x shower bathrooms with WC.
All bedrooms and common rooms are allergy friendly heated with infrared heat and have a flat screen TV. Our beautiful large garden with garden shed, a large barbecue and plenty of seating invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together outside.

The climatic health resort of St. Andreasberg is nestled in the Harz National Park and is the highest spa and winter sports resort of the Upper Harz mountain towns. Here you will find ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing or skiing - pure relaxation! With 220 km of hiking trails, St. Andreasberg is a hiker's paradise in summer. After a short walk from the house you can reach the summer toboggan run. In winter, 7 T-bar lifts, 2 double chair lifts, 40 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, illuminated toboggan runs, 1 biathlon competition trail and ski schools provide plenty of variety. Cross-country skiers will also find perfect conditions in and around St. Andreasberg. And if you like tobogganing, you simply can't miss St. Andreasberg: the tobogganing slope with snow tubing run located directly at the Kurhaus is a visitor magnet for "big & small". St. Andreasberg is one of the few places in the Harz mountains that has managed to retain much of its original character with its idyllic streets and colourful wooden houses.
Our new holiday home is quietly situated in a side street - but still centrally located in Sankt Andreasberg. All shops, a bakery, confectioner with cafe as well as a supermarket (Nahkauf) and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
It is recommended to arrive by car, because you can make great day trips from Sankt Andreasberg to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km), Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) as well as Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be easily reached by car in 35 minutes, the A7 motorway in 40, and the A38 in 50 minutes.

| Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. The tourist tax costs 2,30€/night for adults and 1,30€/night for children (6-17). The visitor's tax and any ordered bed linen packages (12,- €/person) and the final cleaning fee (150,- €) are to be paid in cash on site Down payment of the rent (25%): until 7 days after request; balance payment (75%): until 14 days before arrival, both by bank transfer. All prices are valid for 15 persons; for the 16th person or more we charge an extra fee of 30,-€/person/night (also valid for small children). |

beautiful large family/group house with garden
We spent a long weekend in this newly refurbished holiday home (family reunion) and had a very nice time together. Because of the many rooms and bathrooms, there was also enough privacy for everyone. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking, there was room for thirteen of us at the dining table. The living room adjoining the kitchen was cosy. The holiday home is centrally located in the village. The communication with the landlords was very good. We felt very comfortable.
