The Holiday home

The two-storey chalet offers a private saltwater pool measuring 6 x 3 metres and 1.50 metres deep, surrounded by a sun terrace with several garden loungers. The pool-side veranda is ideal for an extensive breakfast with a view of the Albufera Nature Park. In the front area there is a second veranda where you can retire with a good book. The interior of the cottage is of high quality and stylishly furnished. The living-dining area with kitchen overlooks the pool and is equipped with a cooking island, satellite TV, dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils. The whole house is air-conditioned and free Wlan is available. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, two of them with a double bed (one with balcony) and one with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. The double beds are 1.6 x 2 meters or 1.8 x 2 meters, while the single beds have a size of 0.9 x 2 meters. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a designer bathtub and hairdryer and on the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor on the terrace and offers a washing machine.

The northern beaches are characterized by fine sand and crystal clear water, including Playa de Muro, Puerto d Alcúdia and Can Picafort. In the surroundings you will find restaurants, shops, the bus stop and beach bars. Beautiful are a trip to the old town of Alcúdia or to the S'Albufera Natural Park, which is right next door. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada.
