The Holiday home

Inside a beautifully restored palace a panoramic lift takes you to the apartment (on first floor), tastefully furnished high standard apartment, extensively renovated in 2006 using precious local materials (terracotta floor tiles, wooden ).

This apartment is part of the holiday apartments 'I Balconi di Ortigia'. They are 3 apartments located in the same building, so it is suggested also for large groups of people or for family events. In the same building you can choose among three different apartment all suitable for a maximum of 4/5 adults and all equally equipped to the highest standards.

This studio apartment has a contemporary living and dining area with a good equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (that can be divided in 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is modern and it has integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave and all the modern appliances.
In the room there is also a comfortable bed sofa so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has a balcony (equipped with 2 chairs and a little table) where you can relax yourself looking a piece of sea. It is suitable for wheelchair users.

A few steps away (less than 50m) you can enjoy the small beach Cala Rossa with clean water. All you need is in a walking distance.
