Villa Blaž (220 m2) consists of 2 apartments, which are rented together.
The ground floor has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a hall, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

There is air conditioning on each floor.
There is room for up to 12 people (2 of them on extra beds), which is ideal for groups of friends or family.

In Pazin you will find everything you need for your stay in Istria - cash machines, supermarkets, markets, restaurants and many cultural facilities.
Porec is a famous tourist destination and you can enjoy concerts, festivals and good beaches there.

Bilder stimmen nicht überein
Die Bilder stimmen vielfach nicht mit dem original überein.
Dieser Zaun der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist existiert nicht. Dieser wurde durch Hecken ersetzt die leider relativ große Lücken haben durch diese unser Hund mehrfach das Grundstück verlassen hat was an einer sehr stark befahren Landstraße nicht lustig ist.
Zum Thema ruhige Lage es ist direkt an einer stark befahren Landstraße ca 30-50 Meter vom Pool und Sitzplatz also an Ruhe nicht zu denken.
Diese Sitzgelegenheiten unter dem Baum existiert nicht wie auf den Bildern wurde durch einen großen Plastik Tisch mit plastikstühlen ersetzt. Spielplatz existiert nicht nur noch dieses Schaukelpferd keine schaukel und ein Sandkasten wo keine Kinder drinnen spielen können.
2 Balkone leider beide ohne Bestuhlung und ohne Tisch.
Die Wohnung im oberen Stock hat keinerlei Geschirr wenn man also mit 2 Familien Urlaub macht muss man erstmal das Geschirr aus der unteren Wohnung aufteilen. Fernseher ohne deutsche Programme. Bäder ziemlich dunkel weil birnen in den spiegellampen fehlen usw.usw.
Alles in allem aus unserer Sicht wir waren dort würden aber nicht wieder kommen.
