We offer a newly renovated, fully equipped holiday flat in Wremen with a view of the dyke.
The flat has approx. 46 sqm and is suitable for max. 4 persons.
It is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with dining area and adjoining fitted kitchen.
The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a sofa bed.
From both rooms you have access to the spacious south-facing balcony.
A shower room is available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Wremen and is particularly suitable for excursions, for example to Bremerhaven (15 km), Cuxhaven (37 km) or Bremen (85 km).
Wremen itself has a cosy village centre (restaurants, shopping facilities) and an idyllic cutter harbour.
The bathing beach (green beach) can be reached on foot from the flat in about 15 minutes.
A beach chair can be rented here.
There is also a zone for surfers and kite surfers.

Electricity consumption is charged according to need.
Non-smoking flat.
Pets are not welcome.
The guest contribution (visitor's tax) is charged separately by the municipal administration.
Your booking will be handled by a rental agency commissioned by us.
Method of payment: 10% deposit with booking. Balance 4 weeks before arrival.
Handover of keys Monday to Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m
