This beautiful villa was built in 2020 in a quiet and secluded location that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with their family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. In the basement are wellnes with sauna and wine celler with a piano to be found. Guests of this modern home have the roof swimmingpool located in a near stonehouse, wich was in ruins before it was converted in the magnificant pool-house. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard there is a garden furniture, BBQ area, sunbeds, and two parking spaces. Two bicycles are on guests disposal too! Villa Paola is perfect for an unforgattable romantic holday with magical sunsets every day.
The small medieval village of Pican is perched on a 350 meters high hill in the Istrian hinterland, 10km south east of Pazin. Pican is interesting for people who search for relaxation in old houses of interesting architecture surrounded by the charming countryside that offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoors activities. It's location enable guests to reach the first beaches in a 20 minutes car drive, aproximatelly 25 km to the probably most beautiful beaches in Istria. They are located in the historical cities Rabac, Plomin and Brseč and their sourrounding. We wish you nice stay in our Villa, which won't disappoint you.

In the eastern part of Istria, just 15 kilometers from the sea, lies the medieval town of Pican, a city of rich history and cultural heritage, today a city of galleries and artists who create and reside here throughout the year. Pican is located near the town of Labin.
Labin is a small town in the interior of Istria that attracts many curious people with its beautiful acropolis-built old town and other rich cultural and monumental heritage. It is only three kilometers away from the sea.
Below the Old Town hill, the urban part of Podlabin was formed, and the two settlements together bring together about 12500 inhabitants.
As a rare blend of the Mediterranean climate and rich architectural heritage, Labin has become a hub for artists from around the world, as evidenced by the numerous ateliers in the Old Town. In addition, Labin is a mecca of small businesses and is the second largest exporter in Istria. Together with Rabac, under the administration of the City of Labin, he also realizes over one million tourist nights in hotel and apartment accommodation.
