The North Sea resort of Dangast - a seaside resort and artists' village!
In the course of its 200-year tradition, Dangast has developed from the first seaside resort on the North Sea into a popular holiday destination and seaside resort. Dangast is naturally situated on a cliff and has the only natural sandy beach on the Jade Bay. Artists, creative people and families have long since discovered this special place and its surroundings for themselves!
It offers a variety of opportunities for all kinds of activities such as horse riding, sailing, tennis and hiking.
A modern iodine-brine leisure pool, various spa facilities and picturesque squares are balm for the soul. The well-developed network of cycle paths leads directly along the dyke to Wilhelmshaven or Varel.
The Dangast landscape was and still is an exceptional motif for painters and recreational artists. Demanding art and literature courses round off the varied offer. The Dangast Art Trail also displays reproductions of works by various artists.
Unwind, stop time by the sea, Dangast is a delight at any time of year.

Ferienwoche
Wir waren vom 13.06. bis 20.06. in diesem Ferienhaus. Zunächst muss man sagen, das Ferienhaus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Warum man allerdings zwei Waschmaschinen in dieses Ferienhaus stellt, hat sich uns nicht ganz erschlossen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht gerade groß und dann steht auch noch eine ziemlich große Waschmaschine darin, im Gäste-WC steht ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine. Den Platz könnte man sicher noch anderweitig nutzen. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, aber es gab auch keine netten Extras(z.B. ein Fön im Bad). Die kleine Terrasse war ein bisschen ungepflegt, es steht eine Gartengarnitur darin, die aber wohl schon länger keine Pflege mehr erfahren hat, auch der Strandkorb hätte vielleicht nochmal eine kleine Reinigung gebrauchen können. In einer Ecke steht ein Grill, den man allerdings absolut nicht mehr benutzen kann (total verrostet), der sollte eigentlich entsorgt werden.
Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen (eigentlich auch eher ungewöhnlich), war aber wohl auch unser Fehler bei der Buchung des Ferienhauses nicht danach zu fragen.
Alles in allem waren wir trotzdem zufrieden. Schade fanden wir nur, dass wir am Abreisetag den Schlüssel einfach auf den Tisch legen sollten, das gibt einem ein bisschen das Gefühl die Feriengäste seien dem Vermieter gleichgültig.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut mir leid, wenn Ihr Urlaub ein wenig getrübt war. Wir werden uns um die angemerkten Punkte kümmern. Bei der zweiten Waschmaschine handelt es sich um einen Wäschetrockner.
Bei der Abreise können wir leider nicht immer persönlich vor Ort sein, da diese Zeit bereits für die Reinigung von Objekten genutzt werden muss. Wir betreiben ja das Café Zweite Heimat an der Edo-Wiemken-Str. Dort sind wir während der Öffnungszeiten fast immer für Sie ansprechbar. Gern nehmen wir dort auch schon während Ihres Aufenthaltes Anregungen entgegen. Da wir erst gegen Mittag öffnen, ist der Schlüsselverbleib im Objekt für die Gäste die unkomplizierteste Abwicklung. Sollte etwas zu besprechen sein, kommen wir natürlich bei Abreise auch gezielt zum Objekt, wenn Sie uns ansprechen.
