The Holiday home

Luxury house completely furnished and with all amenities such as: Air conditioning, large TV, DVD player, free Wifi equipped. Living room with sliding door to the terrace with electric sun roof. The living room is equipped with many seats, a dining table and chairs. Open kitchen: electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, citrus press, enough dishes and cutlery, pans for cooking.
Washing machine room with washing machine and iron, freezer, first aid kit, box and towels for (kitchen towels, cloths, mop, dusters)
Bedroom 1: is double bed and spacious closet, bathroom 1 with shower, sink furniture and toilet on the living room.
On the ground floor there is bedroom 2 with double bed and spacious wardrobe, bedroom 3 with 2 beds only with spacious wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a sliding door on the covered terrace. This is equipped with electric sunroof. There is also on this floor bathroom 2 with bath, washbasin furniture and toilet. Bed linen (obligatory) and towels, which can be used in the bathrooms, are provided in the accommodation. On the upper floor there is a large roof terrace throughout the house, which can be seen from other people's eyes.
All windows and doors are equipped with roller shutters andRejas.
On both terraces there is table and there are chairs, so you don't need to move chairs from one terrace to the other. On the ground floor terrace also has 4 deck chairs and seat. Next to the terraces there is a small front garden where you can sit with a sofa and the courtyard can be closed for small children, so that access to the swimming pool has been denied.
The house is part of an urbanization of 20 houses with a shared tropical garden and 3 swimming pools. A large bath up to 140 cm, a deep bath and a paddling pool.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a quiet tropical environment of the Costa Blanca, Orihuela-Costa, San Miguel de Salinas, where the sun shines almost every day of the year with its many beaches, beautiful hinterland of oranges, lemons, wild nature. An environment with Spanish and Arabic influences.
Healthy air and very suitable for people with respiratory and/or rheumatic complaints. The house is located about 55 kilometres south of Alicante airport.
Shops and restaurants can be reached after 1000 m. Shopping Centre La Fuente at 1500m The largest shopping centre with restaurants and playground in the province of Alicante "La Zenia" is a 5 minute drive away. The beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mil Palmeras are at 4-8 kilometers, 5 to 10 minutes by car. (Free parking everywhere) , 15 km to Torrevieja to the salt lakes, 20 km Mar Menor, a spa for rheumatic complaints, free access, 45 Murcia with its Arabic influences, 45 minutes to Cartagena, naval city, where there is much to see. 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, of which Las Ramblas is within 2 km The beautiful blue lake of Embalse de la Pedrera, Torremendo. Beautiful nature of the interior. The city of Elche (unesco) Huerto del Curt, the palm gardens. There is also a market to visit and then the week. In the house we have prepared 2 folders for you. In the first folder is: The addresses of general practitioner, dentist, pharmacy and hospital in the cases that are needed, the manuals of the equipment in the house. and the house rules of urbanization. Most of the rules are only Spanish law, which are there for your safety.
In the second folder we collected business cards of restaurants and all kinds of other things in the area to do a little bit.
At the time of booking you will receive information from us on how best to reach Casa Evita and our administrator will hand you the keys and welcome you.
